Second midfielder will be Talisca to replace Fellaini, in my opinion. Young, tall, attack minded, scores goals.

Someone who we can bring when we need a goal or even start in some games.

Although he mainly plays behind the forward, I feel he could play as the most advanced 8 - similar to Pogba.

Anyone but Rashford
Sokratis dropped off badly this season. Similar to Sandro in that it may just have been him looking a move. Outstanding at his best.

Thank feck for that, shambolic signing, Buttner was better for us.
Darmian must be laughing his arse off. One of the most average full backs I have ever seen and still registered in his CV that he played for Man United and now Juve.

@Damien - Can we look into this twitter-source United Xtra. It's not really a source itself, but just apparently quoting other media like [Times], [Di Marzio]

I tried to find a source for Times to say we were signing 5-6 players, but it was nowhere to be found that they'd said such thing. Same thing with Di Marzio - I've just tried and scroll through Di Marzio's twitter for the last 5 days and there no mention whatsoever about us dropping out of Milinkovic because of 100m is too steep.

They quote a lot of sources and they do it often, but it seems as if not all are correct - I mean why not just get the straight source like quoting Di Marzio than United Extra "quoting" a "source"?
We do actually mention about posting tweets that don't post the source in the OP:

DON'T
  • Post anything from aggregator sites (Utdreport etc) who don't link to original source and tend to make stuff up for retweets/follows.
Tweets can hold 280 characters. There is no excuse for accounts not to post links (like the caf one does when we can be bothered to tweet) to original source. I can see why the tweets are posted, as the stuff they claim is inside another article rather than being the headline but I despise accounts that don't bother linking to the original. They're just retweet/like whores on the whole.

If we don't start the new season with a new set of fullbacks, the caf will implode.

Keep a clean shit tomorrow, United is my final bus
If we're only hoping to have Fred and Alderweireld done before the WC, as that article suggests, that's leaving us with a lot of business to do. Considering we go on tour on the day of the final, we'll be hoping that some of our targets are getting knocked out of the competition early.

Pray we sign a left back, hopefully the Darmian transfer will push the Sandro negotiations forward.

If they were bullshitting and making up stuff no one would follow them and they’d be discredited. The fact is these accounts are invaluable because they put all the rumors in one place and it’s up to you to decide what to believe and what not to. I think it’s really weird people have a problem with it.
They embellish stuff to some degree. That is why the rule was put up to begin with as there had been cases of certain aggregator accounts saying stuff that weren't in the original articles and because the link to the original article wasn't put in, people automatically believed what was said. They might have improved recently but two years ago it was particularly bad. utdreport in particular is banned. Not seen enough of utdxtra to know if they embellish stuff like utdreport did.

Direct source or a link to the direct source. Always, for me.

I think you're overrating people and how they'd unfollow if something is not true. They follow out of curiosity and gossip. Anyone can get a lot of followers on twitter - Kim Kardashian has 60.1 mil followers, but I still somehow don't believe that her photos are all natural.

KM said it - there's no reason/excuse why a source like United Xtra can't link directly to where their quotes are from.
Yeah, LawTop20 on twitter has over 20k followers and he makes stuff up all the time. He started out from commenting on the Suarez racism case (I think) then moved into talking on transfers and built up a following despite knowing nothing transfer related.

He was solid in the Europa League run, enough so to convince Jose to keep him for another year.
He was shit, it was painful watching him play. Mourinho keeping him another year means nothing to me, watching him whenever he played it was obvious he was painfully average player and out of his depth.

Not really, considering the fact that out of all our rumored targets, only Toby and Fred are going to the WC.
Our Fb targets are most probably Sandro and Sidibe, neither of them are going to WC.
Willian I'm guessing won't take long if we reach an agreement with Chelsea.
Fred we had to because he is going to the WC, Toby because of WC and because of Levy

Quite right - so why open your mouth at all. Asking to be bummed in negotiations every summer - which he does.
Not really. Other clubs know very well how wealthy United are.

I'm pretty sure he was the italian national teams player of the season when we got him.
