There is no problem with Deschamps and all the calls for players need to stop, we have too many players, they are not going to all be selected and the ones that are performing have no reason to be replaced. Laporte isn't needed we have too many CBs and if Rabiot didn't complain when played as a 6 with PSG, he would have been able to compete with Nzonzi. The reserve players are generally either not as good as their selected teammates in club or with France.
The main problem comes from people that don't watch them and just like to see names selected.
Basically saying "Yeah, you're on your own kid"

It's my favorite formation for them if Giroud wasn't the automatic starter he usually is. A front three of Griezmann with Dembele and Mbappe is mouth-watering.
That midfield and attack is probably what I'd want to see from them. Looks well balanced and has a bit of everything and nobody being out of position really.
On paper it's also my favorite formation but Griezmann isn't playing in the correct area, he needs to watch Benzema's tapes.

Agreed, I like the system but I would prefer Mbappé upfront and two of Martial, Coman, Lemar or Dembélé. Basically I would ditch Pogba or Griezmann depending on whether I play in 4231 or 433.

Then you have a Dembele who can come in for any of the guys at the front. The interesting thing about this formation is that it allows their key players - Pogba, Mendy, Griezmann and Mbappe play in their favoured positions. They'll be so strong if they used this formation. He's been terrible this season. He makes all kinds of errors from bad positioning, to awful howlers to more subtle bad decisions.
He was a top keeper but it looks to me like he is going into a significant decline quite quickly. Think he could cost France at the World Cup.
