"Tunisia is at the level England aspire to be"Is Moyes sitting somewhere behind Southgate? What's with all the crosses?

Apart from Lineker, Jenas and Ferdinand.Nobody has been saying this at all.
Mexico say hi.I think if you're a small nation you're just happy to be there and enjoy every moment of it, England's problem is the huge discrepancy between expectations and results.
The people who complain about this don't complain about Spanish, Dutch or French commentators being biased. Every countries commentators are biased. Why does the commentary on BBC have to be neutral anyway? It's not like England are playing another British team. The more biased the better I say.
You've whined more than them throughout the threadNothing against the England team - I'd like to see them do well - but there's a great joy in watching and listening to English commentators and pundits when it goes "unfairly" wrong! Ian Wright slumped in his seat like a child in a waiting room is always gold!
Michael Caley on Twitter, he ran it for the first half. Usually follow his stats as I think he's one of the main ones with the systemWhere did you get the live stats? Read about it on twitter a week or so ago, but couldn't find it when I wanted to check myself at half time.
That’s true. England totally have the ability to do really well, it makes me happy I’m Scottish so we get our disappointment out the way early. We’re balls. England aren’t but just never quite deliver.I think if you're a small nation you're just happy to be there and enjoy every moment of it, England's problem is the huge discrepancy between expectations and results.
It sounds like you hate England more than you love Scotland.Yeah but the England one always ends in a fiery death. You never make it back to the station.
Who has said that? From what I have seen it's been quite the opposite. We’re shit and we know we are.
But apparently England are the best footballing team at this tournament.
It's ridiculous the lengths people go on here to moan about England. The people who complain about this don't complain about Spanish, Dutch or French commentators being biased. Every countries commentators are biased.
When was this?
They didnt though. Saying they played well is not saying they are the best.Apart from Lineker, Jenas and Ferdinand.
But those nations doesn't have neutral viewers funding their channel. The people who complain about this don't complain about Spanish, Dutch or French commentators being biased. Every countries commentators are biased.
You expect unbiased commentary during those games though. Which is why England games are so entertaining - the veil of professionalism disappears and you're left with Lineker's conspiracy theories.I react the same way when United lose. It's called football.
Not at all. I can just accept that Scotland aren’t very good at football and we inevitably will cock something up. It hurts, but doesn’t mean I don’t love Scotland. It sounds like you hate England more than you love Scotland.
Anyone can be a potential opponent the only way to avoid it is having a Chilean, Italian, Dutch or American ref.Dont get why a Colombian is reffing this game. A potential opponent of England in the next round
That's a strawman to justify your irrationality. We’re shit and we know we are.
But apparently England are the best footballing team at this tournament.
Well mute it or use the no commentary option. But those nations doesn't have neutral viewers funding their channel.
There's millions out there who just want to watch a game of football, they can be biased but not overly so that it effects their punditry of the game
We're looking a bit laboured at the minute. That first 20 minutes are a distant memory. Is this fluid frontline meant to have Kane crossing the ball into Sterling?
It's a British channel, as a non brit I have no problem with a bit of bias from them. They are largely fair in their commentary. But those nations don't have neutral viewers funding their channel.
There's millions out there who just want to watch a game of football.
It took twenty minutes for Keown to say England have played the best football of the tournament. Shortly before losing the goal. Logan and Jenas said it at half time. We’ll forget about Mexico outplaying Germany, or some of the football on Friday. They didnt though. Saying they played well is not saying they are the best.
