It was funny when his agent was throwing chairs around the Juve training ground trying to get Mkhitaryan a move. It will be rather less funny when it happens in Carrington at Christmas

What the feck? What a drama queen. He's our captain for a game then comes out with comments like this? He can honestly feck off, nobody gains anything from this.

Well if thats the case he needs to shut his fecking mouth. If Barca want to break the world record then he can leave.
I expect this kinda thing to continue to 11pm on 31 August 2018 and start again on New Year’s 2019.

Barca’s derisory bid was a marker being put down to show Pogba the interest was real. Now his head has been turned this will run and run.

I expect this to become like what we had with Ronaldo and Madrid between 2006 and 2009.

Would be the perfect opportunity to release the hounds.

He still has 3 years in his contract. He can bitch all he wants but the club aren't going to sell him any time soon. We're under full control of the situation. For the mean time he should just shut up and play for his salary and that's all.

No sorry, are you happy and comfortable is a really specific question, is it now? Happy and comfortable in regards to what? He might as well be critisising the medias treatment of him. We wouldn't know because we only see the quote in an article which has a significant portion focusing on the fact that he didn't specifically praise Mourinho in one flash interview in a quick throwaway sentence.
He can only be fined from his employer though, so to suggest he could be fined emphasizes that the next comment would be derogatory against said employer, or anyone to do with employer.

Oh just feck off pogba. Listen to your agent and go to real, barca, getafe, lazio... You are fantastic player but this is just piss poor reaction. Can't believe that he did this. He is ruining atmosphere around the club and in team. Basically he is telling whole world that he is unhappy here and that jose bullied him last year.
Jose will be mad after this. And with every right.

No chance of us selling Pogba this summer.
Given the circus that's been served up I'm not even sure that's certain anymore. It would of course take an incredible offer which now could not include any players being exchanged. Could Barca afford 180-200m even if it would be broken down into instalments?

He definitely knows, I think he doesn't care which is surprising considering the transfer window is shut and I can't see him leave in January.
Deadline in spain and italy is open for 3 more weeks. He exactly knows what he is doing. Or to say it better; raiola knows what pogba needs to do

If the offer is right then let him leave, bearing in mind how crazy fees have become. The guy thinks he's the best in the World but he's no Ronaldo, hell he's not even a prime Rooney. Liverpool got rid of their problem player and invested wisely to make the team more balanced, we can do the same. He ain't anywhere near irreplaceable at this stage especially factoring in his giant ego.

Side note- God how I miss players with attitudes like Scholes, Giggs etc.

Pogba was never going to be here forever. I think we all accepted he’d be here until a Madrid/Barca came knocking.

In all honesty, he’s not been the player we thought he’d be since we signed him and we all expected more.

If his hearts not in it, I’d personally rather play Fellaini than see him stroll around and give half hearted performances.

He's gone by the end of the month
We can't sell him because we did not buy a replacement - Woodward saw to that.
And if he does leave for say £200M, when we try and buy a replacement, the selling club will take us to the cleaners. Giving £200M to Woodward, to go shopping with, is a really bad idea.

Players were fined by the league for tweets in the past. I think they could've fined him for an interview if they wanted. Might be wrong though.

If we sell Pogba we're giving up on top 4, pretty much. It would be suicide to sell him when the transfer window has already closed for us. Absolute madness.

Jesus christ. Last thing we need.

Got a feeling this season could be a write off.

I'd love it if this guy was in the same squad as Keane and all the hardasses that wouldn't take any shit from a player.

Cockiness and arrogance personified. Fame has gone to his head.

Jose has done that for a full season now

The talk about his attitude is strange given how happy he looked dancing with De Gea and Lindelof on their way to training earlier this morning...

Like I said,ClickbaitFC can never allow positivity from the United camp on their airwaves/channels for long. That's only reserved for the Reals,Liverpool's and Citeh's of the word. It's always 100% gotta be a circus when United is involved

I think you are reaching a bit here tbh. We both know what he meant in regards to being fined.

It's not a good situation whichever way we go. It's all academic though as Barca aren't likely to bid something that allows United to sort of save face.

Pogba is putting himself, the manager/head coach and the team under extra scrutiny and pressure with these comments. They were not necesssary. I'm not sure what his intentions are here.

I'm so dissapointed by these comments. I don't think the management and the team needs to be best friends to work well together but this seeming animosity cannot be good for the team. If things aren't fixed, I can see the season going up in flames.

 Why is he obligated to be keep quiet? He clearly doesn't enjoy playing under Mourinho.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but has Jose not been guilty off what you just said said Pogba is guilty off?

What a cnut. And what an absolute moron as well, to make those sorts of comments in the first place, regardless of the situation.

Pogba loves it here at United. The issue he has is purely mourinho. Nothing else. He's basically mancunian, close mates with some of the squad, paid a fortune and is adored by the fans.

Are we forgetting all the stuff he said when he came back from juve and all that pogback malarkey? It's not like Ronaldo who always wanted to go to Spain and be in that Iberian part of the world playing for his boyhood club.

I think it will ultimately mean one of them walks and I think Pogba will not be the one heading out the door.

So every player who has problem with manager can do this kind of shit in media? This blind fan love towards players must stop ffs. When you don't respect your manager publicly you don't respect your club. He was benched two games. What shoud martial and shaw say about mourinho then?

Damage control after getting found out to be baiting a new contract. Even if that isnt the case he still has 3 years on his contract so he can shut up because he isn't going anywhere

All the papers released the quotes at the same time (10:30pm) which is the usual time for embargoed stuff for the Sunday papers. The papers likely got the quotes from the mixed zone post-game.

I'd never post stuff from The Sun or Daily Express. I'm not Paz.

My bad, looks like the article I saw came from Steve Bates, who writes for the Sunday People I think.

I don't know how to embed tweets, but if you look at ESPN's tweet about this you can see a screenshot someone has posted.

It still doesn't sound great and points to issues with Mourinho, but the way Bates has written it up doesn't make it sound as bad as some are reporting it. It certainly doesn't sound like Pogba is unhappy at United.

He still should have kept his mout shut though.
