Mandy looks crazy, I need to find out when they are releasing it in Australia.

Edit: damn, it was released a few weeks ago and it doesn't seem to be running anymore.

Looks like a couple of average actresses in Kidman and Bullock putting in (potentially) good performances there

"A murder mystery set in a world where humans and puppets co-exist, but puppets are viewed as second-class citizens. When the puppet cast of an '90s children's TV show begins to get murdered one by one, a former cop, who has since become a private eye, takes on the case."

I might be wrong and this could be brilliant but is the Office the only great piece of work Gervais and Merchant have done ? The Office alone is enough for someone whole career but everything else they've been involved with has good to complete horse shite.

Extras had some very good episodes. Their movie career is 100% pish though.

EDIT: as writers. Stephen Merchant was ok in the Wolverine movie.

Yeah there are great bits in Extras but I'm surprised at how shite they've been after the office(Gervais really is just the real life Brent). Watching their stuff after the office(And possibly Extras)feel like watching two completely different writers.

Yeah it’s been a steep downhill trend. I did enjoy their podcasts, mind you. That was after the Office, right? The rot started when Gervais fixed his teeth.

The podcast are after the office but they are re hashed versions of the old Xfm radio shows(I think they are all up on youtube)which started before and during the office. A decent amount of jokes from the old radio shows ended up in The Office.

I was slightly wrong before - Gervais interview with Garry Shandlings was tv gold.

I wouldn’t worry about it mate.

Saw a trailer earlier for a sci-fi movie Alita: Battle Angel, looked to be fantastic cgi and is a thriller I believe, it looks brilliant.
