Jorginho and Kovacic are pretty underwhelming. Thought they'd have one of the best midfields in the league with them plus Kante.
Its irrelevant when the contact begun, if the foul is continuing into and finished in the penalty area it is a penalty. The Lingard situation yday is a good example. Clear penalty as well even if the first contact might have been outside the area.
