I'm being genuinely serious for a moment - has anyone ever experienced what an Alzheimer's patient goes through? Imagine waking up and having no idea who you are, but somehow clinging onto the shadow of a memory from days long gone, but it's all you have and your mind makes you certain that all of your memories occured just minutes before. Now amplify that with a mind tired from high stress and long "working hours".

AND NOW take that Alzheimer's ridden mind and put it into the body of a man who wakes up every morning inside the fecking White House. It's bad enough for people who wake up in the same house they've been living in for fifty years, but imagine staring at the walls of the Oval Office as everyone calls you "Mr President" when your last memory is of a New York residence whilst you hear your father in another room shouting at the help about undercooked hamberders and cold covfefe.

I prefer it when you're not serious.

That's an unsettling image.

He doesn't have Alzheimer's. He might have many other issues such as narcissistic personality disorder, complete lack of a moral fiber or guilty conscience and a lower iq than required for a job that requires cognition of the highest order but he doesn't really have a serious mental illness.

That almost sounds like Grandpa Simpson's defence of Homer.

There is a real possibility he has the early stages of dementia, which is very much a serious mental illness. Compare his recent interviews to those in previous decades.

He said he didn't but many reports said he did, but only AFTER being requested to do so by the White House. If Abe did in fact do it after being requested then it only goes further in proving how world leaders are playing Trump like a fecking fiddle. They play to his vanity and say a few nice words and then they can pretty much get whatever they want from him.

The trouble now is still the same as 2 years ago. On the one hand you have a cowardly GOP too scared to lose power so instead just enable everything Trump does. And on the other hand you have Trump himself causing so many distractions and so many problems that combined with a shit media only seemingly concerned with stories they deem fit to report on, and a news cycle that lasts hours at most at times, that serious stories are being missed or forgotten in a day or so.

The recent issues with Saudi Arabia for instance, from the Khasoggi death to Trump apparently open to selling them nuclear weapon technology. They should be enough to get Trump hung for treason let alone impeached and the latter story barely got a mention for more than 24 hours. The media are just as complicit in all this as anyone else. What to do about it all is the real question.

He’s literally a moron, isn’t he?
I love how he started saying "Memorandum of Understanding" instead of MOU only after the other guy said it first - and then he couldn't stop using it!

And "A memorandum of understanding is exactly that...it's an memorandum of what our understanding is, but to me the contract is........"

And I wish one of the reporters had asked him what an MOU was - before Bob jumped in and explained it!

The video doesn't show the Chinese Vice Premier laughing. The man has no self awareness.

I like how his aide is basically talking to him like an eight year old going

"ok, those words are clearly too big for you, let's forget that, and use the term "trade agreement" instead, ok Billy?"

Trump gave female campaign staffer a ‘super-creepy and inappropriate’ kiss without her consent: lawsuit

The Washington Post reports that a former campaign staffer for President Donald Trump is accusing him of inappropriately kissing her without consent in a new lawsuit.

Former Trump campaign staffer Alva Johnson tells the Post that Trump grabbed her hand, pulled her toward him, and kissed her on the lips as she walked out of an RV during a campaign rally in Florida in August 2016.

“I immediately felt violated because I wasn’t expecting it or wanting it,” Johnson tells the Post. “I can still see his lips coming straight for my face.”

The former campaign staffer also describes his actions as “super-creepy and inappropriate.”

Johnson’s boyfriend, her mother, and her stepfather all confirmed to the Post that she told them about the alleged incident shortly after it occurred in 2016.

The White House is denying Johnson’s claim while calling her story “absurd on its face.”

The infamous “Access Hollywood” video released in October 2016 showed Trump bragging about kissing women without their consent, while also bragging about grabbing women by their genitals.

“When you’re a star, they let you do it,” Trump said. “You can do anything.”
