Now Gary fecking Neville knows more about Pogba than Conte, Allegri Deschamps and OGS who said that Paul is one of the better players and will have a bright future at United. If you gave Neville his wish, he would have stuck with David fecking Moyes. He has also forgotten about that game when Pogs and Martial have saved Mou from being fired right on the spot. Though there is something interesting about all of this, the same thing happened between 2015 and 2016, everyone was linking Pogba to Madrid, Zidane was blabbing about him non stop, fans were convinced that he was Madrid bound and Raiola was playing along while he was in reality negotiating with United.
Madrid and Zidane have always wanted Pogba and the recent media campaign is the exact same campaign that they did when he was at Juventus but they failed to land him.
He looks like he can't be bothered and for the price we paid and the wage we pay him. If we can make a decent profit on him I am all for selling and reinvesting the cash on players who actually look like they give a crap about the shirt they are honoured to wear ! First post hello all
As well as whatever transfer fee we’d require for the deal, I hope we also require both Pogba and his agent to forfeit any bonuses they are entitled to from us. The agent took a disgraceful amount of the last transfer fee from Juventus; I’d hate for us to do the same from whatever we get from Real.
A few bad performances? He's consistently been awful for a few weeks now, not just a few matches. His head just doesn't seem to be in it, he's not a driving force as he should be with that talent and is regularly outplayed by Fred and McTon ffs.
Can you show examples of this? Where's your proof?
Maybe people are "scapegoating" Pogba and Lukaku because of their bad performances, ever think of that?

Depends on what he wants to do really. If he wants to go and Real are bidding a substantial amount, then yes.

I reckon he's gone anyway and he knows this himself. I wouldn't be bothered If he did leave or not as long as we replaced him properly but we'll probably end up with Mark Noble replacing him
120M will be too cheap. He is on a long contract and had a decent season. Coutinho money is bare minimum.

Bringing in Bale, loan or permanent, would be final proof that we'll never learn. And I'm not somebody that wanted Schweinsteiger, Sanchez or Di Maria. I knew they weren't the right fit and neither is Bale. For more than one reason.
I think the biggest spanner in the works for this deal to happen is Raiola himself. Madrid generally don't deal with him. But if Pogba is pressuring for a move that might change things of course.

Yes, let us ignore the fact that he is the dearest and perhaps most talented player in the squad. It has nothing to do with expectations and disappointment.
We all predicted himself and Jose would be gone by the summer. This club is not designed to accommodate those kinds of colossal egos.

I'd be demanding £120m and some players. They have a couple of decent rightbacks, one of those and Odegaard would give us decent options and save us shelling out on a fullback. That or Varane.
If he wants to leave he can go. He wont be that big of a loss because he hasnt given us that much in his 3 years. Will always be a black mark in his career how he was at United twice and failed both times for varying reasons IMO. No hars feelings really, he can leave if that's what he wants. Players come and go, we have lost MUCH better players than Pogba over the years and we'll lose better ones in the future.
Maybe with the money we get we might actually make a good signing for once and get a balanced midfield now. Here's hoping! Reckon we'll get £150-180m.
