Most gutted I've been in ages. Created nothing in the second half. No CL football again next season. Just depressed.

Here, there, everywhere...
A decent first half spoiled by a De Gea feck-up followed by a disastrous second half. We are simply not good enough.

Having serious doubts about Ole's ability too. His style of football is not very good. Needed a modern progressive manager after the last three mishaps, but seems like we have appointed a 4th.

We weren't good. Shows how far standards have slipped. Gutless by Ole.
DeGea, Matic, Pogba, Young, Rashford all shit again.

None of them will be dropped for the next two games, not that it matters.
No urgency until the 80th minute.
Pathetic.

Positives were
Mctominay impressive cameo, Shaw decent in the first half, Lukaku put a shift in.

What the hell did Solskjaer say to them at HT. First half we were causing their defence massive problems and in the second we refused to attack until injury time.

It was awful, much like 80% of our matches this season.

There's nothing we can take from that to say there's anything positive to look forward to.

In terms of how we play I think we're actually a worse team than all but the bottom 8 sides.

To sum up - Chelsea were shit and we were slightly better and ddg error made us as shit as Chelsea.

Shit second half, same pattern all season though under Jose and Ole. We start better than we finish.

De Gea needed to be dropped, form and head isn’t there. Ole should have made that call, at this point in the season that has cost us.

terrible, game should of been over 35 minutes in. rashford has to do better with the many opportunities he got. unlucky with the injuries with rashford and bailly, rom should of been subbed after 60 minutes he was gassed.

Second half we were beyond disgraceful. Disband this team, the whole club even. Why do I even care at this stage.

Abysmal players got exactly what they deserved. We don't have the quality to be anywhere near the top four, not with such a shower of shite in the squad.

De Gea should be dropped for the last two games. Pathetic.

Work rate energy and desire all disappeared after Chelsea's equaliser. No effort from a systemically unfit bunch of wasters.

Lukaku and Sanchez are the most desperately bad forwards we'll ever see here. £600k a week. For that. Feck me . Rashford meanwhile has bought into his own hype and, like Martial, has dropped off to an almost unfathomable degree.

Herrera the best player on the pitch having to do the work of 3 men as per usual. The only player who can hold his head up is also the only player we're definitely losing in the summer.

You cant white knight that, personally i dont give a flying feck for top 4, annoyed that we didnt get 3pts and that our performance once again wasnt good enough, thats about it.

Sick of the team, tired of the decisions at the very top of the club, tired of the coaches including management. We need someone to implement a philosophy, someone who has achieved things irrespective of trophies something that we can build upon in the future.

We can say the players are rubbish but this is the best squad of players Ole has managed in his lifetime being a coach, he's said unanimously that they are a quality bunch he cannot motivate the team. Don't see how he will be here beyond Christmas this year.

Top 4 gone now I feel. The chavs were there for the taking but Sanchez’s tash is fecking ridiculous which sums his and our season.

Edit: Luke shaw MOTM! Wow, just wow.

Promote Ole to dof and hire a manager or we are fecked next season
This result had nothing todo with Ole. He actually made logical choices for subs. Sanchez for more energy and fresh legs upfront. Martial has been very lazy and needed to be left out. McTominay again was because Ander was on a card and the game was getting scrappy with tiredness.

He did everything right today. De Geas mistake, a lack of fitness and the outfield players lack of ability to make up for De Geas mistake are why we have the result that we do.

De Gea’s mistake was ducking horrible but we should focus on the fact we did nowhere near enough to win that game.

Chelsea did feck all yet we still didn’t look like doing anything in that second half.

Wasnt a bad performance....but a slightly better version of something so familiar with out side for years. Start of well for 30mins....defensive mistake, go totally flat second half.

One thing really did annoy me was the total lack of urgency in the second half until literally the last 10mins when it was a game we HAD to win. Herrera was the only player with the right bite, urgency and effort in the second half. With our goal difference its over top four for sure

That's the end of the season unless we get really lucky. Don't expect to see Pogba, Herrara, de Gea, Lukaku next season. We'll still be stuck with Young, Sanchez, Jones etc. This is the most badly run large football club on the planet.

45 minutes to earn ourselves champions league football and THATS how they react.

I hope every single one of them take paycuts.

Sell every single one that doesn’t want to be here.

Our team is old and tired, we need young fit players who can run and have energy.

Can’t believe how little desire this team has, it’s a mess from front to back.

Our goal difference is 51 goals worse than Liverpool and 55 worse than City

These players are an absolute disgrace

Season done.

God knows what state we'll be in by the time the next roles around.

I don't think I've ever been less optimistic about our prospects.

there was no reason to play Greenwood yesterday, should have been on the bench. He'd have been ideal in the last 20 especially seeing how gassed we looked

Some of you are mental - that's the first thing.

Very good first half. And then second half you seen what people have been saying about fitness levels - just shocking stuff.

Both Bailly and Rojo need to leave as soon as possible.

Needs a pre-season and some players told to feck off as well.
Exactly this.

Let’s get it right, as bad as we.. and we are fecking horrendous, this Chelsea team are as bad and yet today despite us actually looking like we are trying they looked comfortable as feck.

Ole not the man to take us forward. Majority of the squad needs binning. Nothing we didn’t know already.
Yeah hacking a chance off the line at the death is comfortable as feck..

United win this game bar the DdG mistake. Simply. The second half never got going with all the stoppages in play and injuries. Unfortunate really but much better than we have been lately and in my option unlucky with how things went today.

1.5 months I was sure very sure Ole is the right appointment but the performance in the last 3-4 weeks hasn’t convince me that he can lead us to glory. Rojo? Bailly? Sticking to Rushford? De Gea? Young? Matic? Really?

The only hope can be that missing out on the Champions League and this mess of a season will make the people upstairs realise that just sacking managers and keeping this mediocre squad of players largely the same isn't going to result in anything changing. A major, ground up rebuild is needed and has been for years. My fear is that they won't now have the confidence in Ole to actually back him in the summer, and it'll be another season in limbo as the same old suspects stink up the place for another year, whereas they might have given Pochettino a blank cheque and the freedom to do what needs to be done.

Most disappointing was those last 10 mins , we were the ones that needed the win but they were the ones with all the urgency and looked most likely to get a winner , we accepted out fate with a whimper. Lying down like we have been doing for most of the season.

I thought we were pretty good in the first half. Then the De Gea mistake happened and these bunch of players, as usual, fell to pieces.

A word on De Gea: He's been brilliant most of his United career but that does not discount from the fact that he's been horrible for weeks. It's all culminated in him costing us top four today. He'd be the first to admit to this.

De Gea ultimately cost us the points but we had an entire half to show we had a second wind and did next to nothing, it was the battle of two shite teams that don't deserve CL football, we have been given chance after chance in this race and failed to step up every time, pathetic.

Fecking shameful, one of the most important game of the season and the whole of second half was played in walking pace.

No player bothered to press or run. All of them look knackered. How much we have fallen to be in this sad state?

The CEO - Ed has to go then only we can start a real rebuild. As much as I like Ole, he is not the man to lead our rebuild. We need identity and modern style of play.

I hope we don’t give Bailly any treatment. Just dump him on a stretcher outside the ground. Clowns like him and Jones are always injured because they lunge in like brain dead imbeciles. Rojo came on and absolutely killed us because we could not sustain possession with him at the base of the side.

We are absolutely fecked. God awful squad and I have zero faith in Solskjaer. Only we could have made such a fecking shambolic appointment.
