PSG apparently want to sign even more players than we do!

Why? He isn't going to get taller and he's never played in a way where his height matters.
Because he isn't always going to be afforded the space he gets for the u23s in the PL, he needs to be able to hold players off, especially if he's going to play in CM like some want him to.
We're literally talking fully physically developed men vs a boy, we've seen Fred who's played a lot more first team football shrugged off the ball easily an he got pelters for it, I don't want the same for a young player like Gomes.

I worry about all this they have to develop, so you get the Danny Welbeck physique and the Marcus Rashford physique. I know what they are probably getting at and it will likely happen, but sometime these kids think it means developing loads of abs and losing something from their game in the process.
As long as he's doing lots of training with a ball he won't lose his ability, he just needs to be able to deal with the physical demand of the PL, especially when being pressed and in tight spaces with two men baring down on him. Teams will undoubtedly see him as a weak link because of his height and stature, that's why he needs to ensure he's ready physically. This doesn't mean he needs to be built like a bull, he just needs to have that bit of strength to hold someone off so he can then create space for himself using his technical skills.

Yeah, I don't really understand the issue. He does need to develop physically and he'll be put on a programme this summer to do so. He'll then have a pre-season, which he'll definitely get lots of minutes in to prove that's he's ready.
I agree, it's going to be a big pre-season for some of these lads, they'll get plenty of time to show they're ready for the first team.

Nothing is a bigger mistake than Sanchez. Nothing.
Yeah, worst transfer we have made in PL era or maybe in our history. Getting huge wages for contributing nothing, on top of that it messed the wage structure and everyone wants a big pay rise.

maybe it’s not a good environment for a youngster like that to develop at the moment.
Thats my opinion too, fans have had enough and wont accept players having a drop of form or being inconsistent. It's funny because we're eager to see these new young players but are very quick to dismiss them after a mediocre performance. Some have already started to critise Greenwood ffs.

Yeah i doubt he cares what people on the caf write. When your manager talks about youth but doesn't even give you a chance ahead of relegation form players in a meaningless game no wonder he sees no path forward here.

 When you having a bad day and read Pogba is sulking while earning £300,000 per week
Can't wait until we have a team full of hard working runners with nil actual footballing talent to replace the likes of Pogba! :-S

If Pogba / De Gea leave then we are up shit creek... You don't sell your best players, ever.

16 goals and 14 assists from midfield in that team is fecking brilliant, most in the top 5 leagues in Europe and you want rid????

Wouldn't you sulk if you received the ball in midfield and looked up and your option was Ashley fecking Young or Lingard?

United fans lately are off their tits, crazy.

He does need to develop more physically though? I'm sure he'll be involved more next season, nonsense story.
I mean we don't really know since he doesn't get playing time. Chong looks like a string bean and he got more opportunities.

After Mason Greenwood's performance against Huddersfield, I think we should go for the player like Steven Bergwijn with more better decisions making, movement off the balls and technical player. Rashford and Lingard is not enough good. Martial is lazy. We can't have them for next season, we'd be scoring less and created fewer chances if they were our front up.

Maybe. This is the guy who posted about Kohler deal before it was announced.
For what its worth, that guy just made a tweet showcasing the fact that Koulibaly is his new profile picture on Twitter. Hopefully he is reliable and he has heard good things about our chances of signing him. Nothing to get too excited about of course.

Always take these accounts with pinch of salt. Just wait for reliable journalists to report something.

If Ajax are interested, then we should be too. They've clearly got it on point with their scouting whether it's for youth or other club's talent. And we clearly fecking don't.
A lot of things that we 'should' be doing. Save yourself from banging your head against a wall though and just wait to see what we get.

Well.. yes and no. For Ajax, it helps that he's Dutch. Big plus for them culture and language wise. For us, not so much. Anyway, Ajax don't stand a chance. It's like us trying to buy Mane from Pool.
