Mourinho era fixed our money surplus problem. Take over with a team finished 5th, spend 400m, and then left the squad with 6th place in the league.
Oh I'm sure loads of supporters (like TUS) and probably loads of people at the club would like to see Zaha return but that's beside the point. Unless Zaha makes a complete U-turn regarding his stance towards the club there's no way he's coming.I know, I read those reports at the time. Coincidentally, I just loaded up YouTube and The United Stand are talking about a potential return for Zaha too.
I wouldnt call Nani, Evans and Rafael deadwood, infact we could have really done with those players since. Not enough in comparison to the deadwood that Van Gaal binned. No other manager has been as ruthless in post-SAF era.
Sanchez atleast isn't an automatic starter like Rooney was. Forgotten the "Muh Captun alwaysh playsh" glory days?He didn't really solve the Rooney issue, he replaced it with the Alexis Sanchez issue.
Signed a player on even more money on an even longer contract. We're in the same situation now.
2,5 seasons is not an era.what have we actually got left that we can build on from his era?
Jeez I am agreeing with you again. Have I hacked your account or did you hacked mine?Fixed nothing, just 390 million poorer with average playing squad which has more holes than swiss cheese.

Apologies. Reign of terror is more appropriate2,5 seasons is not an era.
Best summary yet.He created more problems than he solved.
So he publicly depreciated a 90m player he himself bought? Genius.
That’s crazy.Fixed, nothing
Mourinho was, and will always be, our worst ever managerial appointment in my eyes.
Well when you look at the midfield we have to put out (after Pogba and with Herrera gone), the centerbacks, the full backs, and the right winger... its bottom half of the league level. For each and every one of them, you could probably find someone in about 10-11 clubs who is better. Right back and right wing probably closer to 3/4 of the league, left back probably just about 8 who are as good or better. For Man United to have half of our starting 11 be firmly mid table, that's pretty embarassing. Not even upper mid table level for them.Just crap instead?
It's true. And I'm happy to see Guardiola has now overtaken him as the most decorated active manager in the world. I hope he fails in his next club too. The fraud. That’s crazy.
De geas dip in form is not due to jose. Laughable to suggest it was.GK - with De Gea's worse season in years and maybe him leaving this summer we're weaker here than we've been in a long time
FB - I think the Valencia Mourinho inherited was a better RB than the players he's left behind. Shaw is still the player he was pre-Mourinho, but at least he hasn't got a broken leg anymore.
CB - meant to be Mourinho's strength. Organising a strong defense. I'd argue we're in a worse position now than we were post Van Gaal. At least we had a competent option in the Blind-Smalling partnership?
CM - this one is tragic. He signed a CM for a WR fee who is probably going to leave this summer. He inherited Herrera who went onto be his player of the year in his first season - left the club. He signed Matic who within 2 seasons, is the one we desperately need to improve on. And he signed another CM for 50m who couldn't get any game time for Mourinho himself.
Attack - we had a sub 70 goal before Mourinho we have a sub 70 goal attack now. Expect for its a older (Sanchez replacing Rooney as the old pensioner) and more expensive than pre-Mourinho. The two players he signed are the ones who the club will probably try to offload this summer (Lukaku and Sanchez).
Performance : inherited a 5th place team. Left a 6th place team.
I mean what have we actually got left that we can build on from his era?
How is someone who has won 2 Champions Leagues and numerous league titles a fraud? Some people...He just exposed himself. Fraud !
Pretty much this.Nothing. Anything that cnut might have "fixed" he burned down in the run up to being sacked.

I'm being serious.That’s crazy.
I would have to strongly disagree, let’s just end it there.I'm being serious.
Never have we purposely moved so far away from everything the club stands for then with him. It was a desperate appointment from a desperate Woodward but the Mourinho we got wasn't the original, it was the post Real battered version and he has hugely damaged our image as a football club in my mind. Every problem was public, every player was scrutinised, every problem wasn't his fault and it's his MO, that if you say something enough times people believe you. He's still doing it even now he's left the club and it won't stop, in his eyes he didn't fail here the club failed him and he'll have the whole world know it until he gets his next job.
This is brilliant. Jose didn't expose anything except how far he has fallen. So he publicly depreciated a 90m player he himself bought? Genius.
