Good news. Things are starting to happen
SonWhat’s Paul McGuiness doing these days?
I note that Neil Ryan is the under 18 coach. Any relation to Jimmy Ryan
I met Mcguiness and attended a training session of his once and I loved what I saw. He could put the likes of Jesse and Pogba in their box. What’s Paul McGuiness doing these days?

I think he's joking.Why?
He fills the team full of young strong lads who are going to hoof it and knock the opposition players flying .Why?
First team style is to have no style at all, random mess.someone needs to come in an put a style and standard of football as similar to the first team as possible - so it is an easy swap when they are needed
Our U23s sitting in the middle of the second division sums it up nicely. He needed to go.What did he do wrong ?
Had us playing hoof ball as a midtable 2nd division side. What did he do wrong ?

Aaaaha. He fills the team full of young strong lads who are going to hoof it and knock the opposition players flying .
This is how I see things too.it’s the perfect place to blood young potential managers where they can express their ideas and style.
Would rather he got the job than giving it to Warren Joyce again as good as he was the previous time.Neil Wood is one of the names being considered for the role.
James Ducker saying it's unlikely that Joyce will be given the job.Would rather he got the job than giving it to Warren Joyce again as good as he was the previous time.
He's only recently been relieved of his duties at Melbourne City and some of the journos are putting 2 and 2 together.....James Ducker saying it's unlikely that Joyce will be given the job.
Maybe Casey Stoney can do it on her spare time.I have to thank Ricky for one thing. He made the reserve games so appalling to watch that I gave up on going to them and started watching the Women's team.
This proved to be great as they were well coached, seemed to play as a team and showed flair, individual skill and collective effort to win their league.
In other words they did everything that Ricky failed to do looking after some great talents.
Hopefully this is a positive sign of the club moving in the right direction.
