He totally gets the club doesn’t he. Rooney was right when he said these players need to own up and take responsibility for their so called brands.

Imagine Pogba doing that, I’m sure Neville and co will no doubt rush in to attack him and want him out again like when he posted something right after Jose was sacked.

But oh well Lingard is young and learning. Probably that older Pogba is a bad influence on him.

Can't wait until we ship the man-child to Burnley, it'll be like a new signing. Same with Young, Jones, Rojo and Sanchez.

Jesse lingard being a cnut? How is this news?

It's not just the fact he promoting himself on there, its that the font on his brand logo is larger and more eyecatching than the fecking hashtag its supposed to be promoting. This "youngster" cant be shown the door quick enough.

Hardly a big deal lads - the fans are just quickly looking for the next mistake so there becomes an excuse to sell him.

Just a logo and nearly every footballer has one.

What a little entitled piece of garbage. There are 15, 16 year olds with more sense, empathy and respect than him...at 27...

...get him out. The clown.

Hard to believe he’s a 27 year old man. Total manchild.
Should have forced to reel it in or be booted out after the bus video.
A lot of man childs have played for this club, done much worse than this and continue to be revered because of what they achieved on the pitch. This is nothing, not even his personal social media account

I didn’t think this was that bad at all. The bus video though was the most embarrassing and unprofessional thing I’ve seen from a United player in my lifetime.

Cut Jesse some slack, we were all immature at 23. He's one of the most promising youngsters in the academy and has a bright future ahead of him when he breaks into the first team.

He's also a late bloomer like Fergie said. Imagine how good he'll be when he's 27 !

feck me, it looks even worse when you make a list of those players and then throw the name Jesse Lingard into the mix
Fellaini has one with his Afro. Queresma has one. Iwobi is another. There's some rubbish players to not get the 'only legends can have logo story' that was obviously going to happen when talking about famous players famous brands or logos.

Fringpong had one that was probably more successful than his footballing career, and so did Cleverly while he was still at United

Anything to attack this guy
Exactly. I'm not even trying to protect the guy but I just find that this is surprisingly low of the fans to get to hurt by something so little.

Just forget the whole good thing he maybe talking about in that post & then cry about nothing more than what is technically just a signature at the end of his letter  so many footballers have one & I know that whilst I don't even use social media.
Have people really forgotten Beckham that much? He was social media before Facebook even started

Anything?

Is it hard to post a tribute to something without having your brand name attached to it?

You keep go around defending him though. I could understand defending Martial he has some sort of talent. But for some one to constantly defend Lingard when he’s been crap for six month is another level. Are you relatives? I just don’t see anything football ability wise that he warrants to be at the club. We should be getting rid of the man babies who think they made it when they achieved shit.

“Anything” indeed. Surely even those defending him can see that it’s in poor taste even if it’s hardly anything to get truly upset over.
