If you think that is enough nowadays to spray some passes around....if you are shit without the ball, you are hopeless. That was possible 20 years ago and guys like Özil got carried and their quality on the ball outweighted their lack of workrate, but nowadays you need 11 players in sync, especially with the pressing tactics everyone adopted. Really easy think to say, unless you were in that position nobody knows how they would react. We are chatting about people wielding knives with intent to use them. It's split second decisions with life changing consequences. I don't live in London but with the current knife crime attacks, I'm not sure I would be laying down if I thought they were going to stab me regardless. That said I wasn't in that situation and I don't know how I would react.

Both political parties are blaming each other (Mayor is Labour & government is Conservative) but no doubt the massive cuts in policing and social cuts have obviously played a role but thats a discussion for another time!

The worrying thing is these attacks happen in broad daylight, people in more expensive cars are told to keep their windows closed when driving around as people have had their watches stolen while at traffic lights.

I would definitely disarm and ninja kick these attackers. We did this self defense class at work once and the nice lady showed me how to take away someone's knife. It was a rubber knife of course, but seemed pretty straight forward. Özil is such a coward.
