For the Lions it's way too close of their color rush.

First thoughts from All or Nothing:

1. Cam is a weird dude
2. They have a serious amount of snacks knocking around in the training facility
3. Efe Obada's story

 I made the same observations.

And that Cam has some serious mad swag
There's just something about him I find irritating.

But at the same time I kinda feel like he's not all there, if you know what I mean? I've not found him as much of a dick as I thought I would, although he acted a knob after the Redskins game.

I kinda like him to be honest with you. On the surface you can see arrogance and definitely comes across as a dick, but beneath it you can see (at least in my view) someone who is quite genuine.

Also, you can see he is a natural leader and the team seem to have a real bond with him. That tells me there’s probably a lot about him that’s probably positive that we don’t see.

Yea he's definitely a good leader and liked by his teammates which is a good sign.

On a completely unrelated note, I was underwhelmed by Fangio as the HC appointment but man, listening to him talk is a breath of fresh air after listing to Vance Joseph.

And Tyreek Hill gets nothing, even though what I heard was an order of magnitude worse in its implications than with Hunt.

No video evidence with Hill though.

No but I've given up being surprised about the inconsistencies, that audio should easily have been enough but somehow it's not.

Just painful as our DL was already pretty weak without our best player getting a go on the wheel of punishment. Gonna need a lot of Wilson's magic to bail us out yet again.

All or Nothing and the NFL Top 100 made me realise how much I miss the NFL. That first RedZone can't come soon enough  Some great games in Week 1 as well.

Packers are releasing Mike Daniels.

@Sylar @HTG @Edgar Allan Pillow
Sucks, to be honest. He always striked me like a great guy. But I guess with Lowry's new contract and Kenny Clark getting better and better, there weren't many alternatives to releasing him.
Yeah how i felt. But i think his age and wage will work against him. Just turned 30, and I did read he was being offered to other teams recently. Still sucks (but i guess this was done as a business move)

Was expecting this when we signed both the Smiths and drafted Gary. Probably Martinez will get a better contract. Didn't realize Lowry was that dependable (or Montravious or Keke or that matter).

Finally got around to finishing All or Nothing. I must admit I've warmed to Cam off the back of this, he's a weird dude no doubt but he mostly came across pretty well and likeable.

AJ Green injured, apparently “only” a sprained ankle.

On the first day of training camp, can’t catch a break.

Alfred Morris back at Dallas as Zeke holds out from training camp because he wants a new contract .

Personally I'd trade him now he has 2 years left and is jumping the queue here not to mention Dallas have gone to battle for him too many times regarding his off field antics .

He has no loyalty just greed

Most NFL teams don't have loyalty either. It's a business, but it works both ways. I can symphatize with almost every player wanting a better contract.

If players get cut, it's a business decision but if players hold out, they're being greedy. I don't know why the public has more sympathy for the owners or teams than for the players themselves, I certainly don't.

Loyalty from an NFL running back? Why would anyone at that position have that?

Even Emmitt didn’t.

There's definitely some exciting potential there.

Lindsay is a beast and hopefully he can press on now teams are more aware of him, he'll need the o-line to continue helping him out but he's a tricky runner and capable of receiving the pass too.

Sutton could be fantastic, he's a great deep threat and is capable of some ridiculous catches but needs to improve his route running and getting open for shorter plays or he will become predictable. From what I've seen of camp that's something he's working on with the coaching staff but he's had some dropsies which he needs to iron out. High ceiling with him but work to be done to get there.

Fant I've seen very little of but his size and athleticism seems a scary combination. I'm by no means saying he's going to be as good but the highlights video I saw when we drafted him made me think of Gronk. Again not saying he's that good but just reminiscent of his style.

Yeah but Zeke was drafted no 2 he is getting paid

Yeah true . I mean I get the lifespan of a running back is short and the risk of injuries etc but he was drafted no 2 so hes on a good contract compared to Dak and Jaylon who are due their rise this time round and with Amari Cooper having to get his rise he knows the deal with the salary cap .

If we lose Jaylon Smith because Zeke is being greedy I'd rather trade him

Sutton is one of my picks for a big jump this season.

What about Hamilton? I've heard his route running is something else or am I ill-advised?
