Azpilicueta is getting really lazy with stepping up and ball watching
But what's the limit on the rule? Like does the ball have to go out of play before they can call offside? What if play continued for 5 minutes? I don't quite get it.

I think Azpilicueta has lost some pace. I remember rashford destroying him on a fast break in the fa cup last season. And he was poor on sunday too.
