Scored again tonight. I'm glad Spurs didn't get him because I really think he is a very good player.

You'll believe what you want to believe... because there is unlikely to be any official statement on it.

But its more likely that we never made an offer or talked terms with his agent..

And Spurs probably agreed terms in case Le Celso fell through.... or had him as an alternative but Sportings asking price made them go back to Le Celso and the deal never happened.

It would be great if it's a transfer and not a shitty loan. And at the same time he could play EL games so the drop in quality isn't too steep.
