Not surprised. He missed the last couple preseason games and was barely practicing. We just held out putting him on IR before the cuts because he should be back ready for the season.DT back with Pats.

Rosen will end up David Carr mark II after 80 sacks and 150+ hits when he inevitably inherits the starting spot.I assume there is some sort of bet between NFL GMs to see who can destroy Rosen the most. First the Cardinals OL and now Miami trades it's star left tackle. Good move for the Texans though, lessens the risk that Watson becomes the next Andrew Luck.
He's been concussed too many times.Tweet

Great, now for GordonZeke, Dallas closing in on a 6-year, $90m contract extension.
Talks with him are suspended until after the season. He either gets traded, caves or holds out till week 10.Great, now for Gordon
Yeah, he looked pedestrian without McVay but that was under Fisher and in his rookie season to be fair to him. He's thrown 60 TDs and 19 INTs in the regular season over the last two seasons with QB ratings over 100, so the improvement is definitely there. Maybe he even takes another step this season into the truly elite tier.Wow!!!
I think he’s good, but not $110m guaranteed good. If you’re getting that much money, you can’t be having the coaches telling you the reads through the mics all the time. I think this will add pressure on him, will be interesting how he reacts.
Now that would be some fecking achievementI think if McVay stays with the Rams for the duration of Goff's contract, he'll be an elite QB. Worth all that money, that's another question though. Right now it feels like McVay could make Nathan Peterman look like a QB1.
That's serious capital considering most teams are finding valuable RB's in the 2nd / 3rd round.Chargers are asking for a 1st and a 5th-round pick for Gordon. That's a pretty hefty price considering that you need to pay the guy as well after you've traded for him.
Don't think the Eagles or any other team are willing to give that up right now.
Next up to the plate... Dak PrescottGoff extension...
4 years, $134m / $33.5m per year, $110m guaranteed.
Record on guaranteed money that. Previous highest ever was Wentz on $107.9m.
With $110m guaranteed, pressure is the last thing I’d feel. I’d be the most loosey goosey mf’er in the league.I think this will add pressure on him
Even more baffling yet brilliantIn a fantasy draft today - I drafted Zeke Round 2 (pick 16), Melvin Gordon round 8 and AJ Green round 13
Boom/bust but surely that's incredible value for the risk??

Starting...Really starting to dislike AB. Great player but behaves like an absolute tit.
I’m not sure how much of his drama is “business” related. He’s a thorn in the back side and clearly extremely disruptive to whichever team he’s on.AB is an enormous ego-maniac, similar to other NFL players. However, he's been the undisputed top WR for years now. He works his ass off and is playing the business side as well as the game side.

The money/fine stuff is all business related. His helmet BS was his way of not playing pre-season snaps and recovering from his self-imposed foot injuries. Hard Knocks shows how little Gruden and Mayock were worried about his helmet situation and more so that he's training and keeping himself in shape and doing all that he can to get ready. ESPN and all other sports media outlets blow it up because it gets attention when there's nothing else out there in the NFL worthy of clicks.I’m not sure how much of his drama is “business” related. Sorry but that’s total BS. You don’t need to watch hard knocks, nor do you need to read media articles, to understand that AB is a tool and whilst clearly a top quality receiver, comes with serious disruption and baggage. The money/fine stuff is all business related.
