I doubt pointing out that Warren is a Centrist is going to hurt her should she have to face Trump.
Getting behind the nominee is aways away. We need to cross that bridge when we come to it.
Your idea of the best candidate might not be the same as everyone else’s though. And it might not be the best one to defeat the GOP.

I'd like to believe that's true, but I honestly don't know that it is.
As the primaries play out policy differences will get clearer.
Over half of the Democratic Party self-identified as moderate or conservative. Of course, labels can be misleading, but still...
warren does better with self-identified liberals, especially among the sometimes-included category of strong liberals, while bernie gets a roughly equal share of liberals and moderates. (biden mops up the conservatives, which suggests that at least that label means something).
Anyway, lying centrist Elizabeth Warren just vouched to not hold private fundraisers and take lobbyist money in the general. Expect a huge surge in fundraising for Biden or Buttchug in the next quarter.
