Every time that I see Shanahan, I think about Elway's decision to hire a defensive coach when he already had Phillips and Shanahan was looking for a head coaching job. To me it's one of the dumbest thing that I have seen in sport.

Not just any defensive coach, Vance fecking Joseph, a shit coordinator who oversaw the 29th worst defense in the league the previous season.
