I thought the rule is an unnatural position, so a player sliding to block a shot or turning your back to block a shot. The guy literally just stood there hands by his side

The ref isnt supposed to be the biggest star on the field. He has been giving cards for very little since the beginning of the match. Not just to Ajax but to Chelsea too.
As a ref you’re supposed to understand that when you give someone a red card in a match like this, some players will get a bit angry. If we start giving out cards for angry gestures or shouting then every match will end up 8 vs 8.
Also I thought Blind got tripped by a chelsea player before he made the foul but I might have seen that wrong.
