Fernandes was everywhere on the pitch first half. Deep central when building up from the back, then suddenly wide left, then wide right, in the middle, down tackling like a right back. I think he looks very comfortable everywhere on the pitch and could be a the perfect signing for this very time, as he can fill in everywhere in the midfield. He could even be used as a right wing (shifting from side to side) , with Pogba + any 2 of Fred/McTominay/Matic in the midfield.

The only second time I'm watching him play. Bruno is way above this Sporting teams standard based on today's display. He would be brilliant with Pogba and McT/Fred. The front 3 would really thrive with assists.
