It should be obvious, even to Ole, why we came back strongly at Anfield - it's because Liverpool routinely manage their energy in matches once they have a decent lead.
I said this put was told in no uncertain terms that we’d somehow pinned them back...

I think Ole and the coaches have worked miracles to get us where we are at the moment, 5th in Prem, and still in all the cup competitions, with the lack of investment in the summer (how some posters can blame Ole for not signing another striker and a couple more midfield players is beyond me, I would imagine that he had given a list of players required to Ed, and then waited for him and Judge to get them done, which they didn't).

There is no proper coaching apparently, how people know that is ridiculous, do they have access to Carrington? Then they have no idea what goes on. The coaches have obviously worked with Fred, AWB (still more work required with his passing and attacking skills, but he is forward a lot more now), Rashford, Greenwood, Williams.

Tacticly inept is another one. We have set up well against the so called top clubs, beating them all (Chelsea twice), and most of those are without our 'star' player, and a threadbare squad. Accept that against the so called lesser or poorer teams we have struggled, and this again because we have little creativity in the team without Pogba. Mata has come back in and done well, and perhaps Ole could and should have used him more against these type of teams, but again many posters were livid that he was given a two year contract, and we should have got rid, but class is permanent, even if legs are not. I am a Manchester United fan/supporter, not an Ole fan (although I like the guy), but give the man a chance to build something here, there is no guarantee that ANY manager coming in will improve the team/squad while we have such an inept idiot in charge of the transfer budget (Ed).
The lack of coaching thing grates, our head coach is the same one we had when Fergie was here and we were winning titles.

Has to be it. Poch is available.

Woodward will probably be acting too clever and persisting with his puppet.

Edit* he's just brought on Luka Shaw and Jesse Lingard. Our two most useless players in terms of getting goals.

He'll still be grinning like an idiot in the post-match. "The boys didn't give up, that's a positive" or some shite.

I don't see anything happening this season though. Maybe in the summer But even then, I don't know who comes in and improves things? Bad investment and bad leadership from top to bottom.

Just change your crappy 4_2_3_1 , please, anything like, 4-4-2, 4-3-3. it does not work whatsoever! Stop playing James so far up the pitch. It's shocking stuff.

We're relying on Mata, James and Greenwood for goals for the rest of the season. Things are only going to get worse, sacking him won't achieve anything.

Rashford's injury, in which Ole is partly to blame as well ironically, makes top 4 more or less improbable. Once we go out of the Europa League, we can pretty much sack him, season is done. Should be sacking him now to save it, but we only sack once everything is done.

Yup. No point in shitting on the manager when we have Woodward and the Glazers pulling the strings (or refusing to spend). No matter the manager (unless it's some Klopp/Fergie regen), it's a hopeless situation while they're here.

We need another 6 or 7 points to be safe this season. Ole will be saluting the Stretford End when we are safe from the drop.

I think I’m now moving to ole out. Don’t get me wrong he’s working with some absolute crap at the club but we’re 2 nil down and you aren’t risking changing the shape and think lingard is going to change things. Why not try Gomes ?

The whole team is utterly clueless, no leadership, full of shite players, no invention, no style of play, manager who doesn't have a clue, owners who are a joke, the club is only going in one direction and unfortunately for us it's all downhill.

Shaw for William. Seriously?
At 2-0 down and 20 mins left to play, why can't he just take the risk with Gomez? Other manager would have sacrificed a defender with an attacker by now.

Why would 4-4-2/4-3-3 work any better?
More cover for full backs and center backs, play deeper. Build from the back instead of trying to counter attack etc.

I know teams sit back against us but Oles style of counter attacking football does not work whatsoever against smaller teams. He needs to change it up.

He's absolutely clueless it's quite shocking.

We should give Sean Dyche a chance - because apparently everyone deserves a go at the helm of the supposed biggest club in the world. Can't be any worse than Ole.

Because he is clueless, that's why. We could have young Messi and Ronaldo on the bench, and he would bring on Lingard.

How can you blame a manager after this shocking performance of the offensive?
It was shocking. We should have been up 2 or 3:0.
Blaming the manager for players missing tap-ins is ridicolous

No way. He will be here at least until the end of the season once top 4 is gone. But even then i would say 50-50.
Despite their incompetence, Ed and the board have their limits. There are only so many awful results they will stomach before they say enough is enough and pull the trigger.

I wonder how much Poch's availability factors into the equation. If he's prepared to take over midway through the season (I've read he isn't but I'm sure he could be convinced) then I see no reason to delay the inevitable.

Lets be honest, if he was here 13 months I have no doubt we would have more points this season. How utterly fecking depressing is that.

And give him time. Loads of time. If he does really shit, he needs more time. Because as we all know, shit football and bad lossess against crap teams always just gets better with time.

What would you want us to do?
United need a top class manager. There are 2 available as of now. Poch and Allegri. Keeping a guy who's only experience is taking Cardiff down and managing in an obscure League is ridiculous. If this was happening at any other big club he would have been sacked 6 months ago.

If for instance in the summer just gone he was at Molde still and there were any Premier League (even Championship?!) clubs without a manager, he wouldn’t even be a second thought.

Salah misses tap ins. Infact he and Mane missed vs us on Sunday. U know what tactically they are setup to create tons of chances so it doesnt matter.
Name a club that doesnt missed big chances. City miss the most in the league. They are also the highest scorers go figure
