All of the biggest, richest clubs in the world hold some interest in acquiring one of the best, most-expensive players in the world.

In other news, water is wet.

This is just absolute bullshit. Throws in the names of all the clubs with money and will see what sticks. Absolutely nothing tweet.
He's just saying that one of the biggest talents in world football isn't only being chased by Chelsea. But rather he's being chased by a plethora of big clubs. He tweeted that after being bombarded by Chelsea fans wanting info from him regarding their clubs interest in the player.

Apparently It's Sancho and Van Der Beek vs Grealish.
Bellingham seems to be some sort of bet on the future.
So it sounds like you are saying we would only go for Grealish if we fail to land Sancho this summer even though they are different sorts of players

Yeah but anyone could say that.

From what we gather, however, Real Madrid and Barcelona are not in a position to make signings and Newcastle’s takeover hasn’t gone through yet. And even if it does...seriously...

Just screams made up bullshit.

It’s clear to me that if we sign any sort of midfielder it will be either Grealish or Bellingham.

After the recent Van Der Beek rumours and the constant Sancho rumours.. How, other than pessimism, does that seem clear to you?

Guess its old news, but still.
Dortmund can fck off, I would walk away from any valuation higher than 80 mill Euros. There's a new reality in football, it's called COVID-19, it means less income to the clubs in terms of spectators, ancillary merchandise, sponsorships, TV rights etc. It'd be insane to spend anywhere near the asking price on Sancho.

Even with Covid he is worth €100 mill easy, at least with addons in my opinion.Covid, as horrible as it is, will only last so long.

I don't quite think it's about how long Covid-19 will last for, it's about highlighting how high and pathetic the prices had gone up in football.

The pandemic has just exposed what is so wrong in the game and there's something that needs to be done about it.

How long will the careful spending last? No one truly knows. But I'm quite confident, that there will not be any big signings for a single player, for this summer at least.

Of course, PSG & City will come and prove me wrong!

All plagues comes to an end. Either by a vaccine, a drug, mutation or by natural selection so to speak.
They do, but the scars will remain for a while. As I pointed out to you, club revenue will fall due to lesser match day revenue, ancillary revenue, sponsorship (no more tournaments in Asia for example), TV revenue etc. Plus with unemployment on the rise, disposable income will fall - which means people will prioritize staples and leave entertainment to the side.

Anyways, BVB can value Sancho whatever they want, it doesn't mean it's prudent for United to bite at those levels.

I bet my Caf account that we aren't signing Havertz. I'll take a permaban if we do.

Unless we sell two midfielders we simply don't have room. And I haven't seen any of our midfielders linked with moves away.

There's some noise in Italian media about Sarri wanting Jorginho and Juve prepared to offer a combination of Pjanic and money or Douglas Costa and money.

I don't think anyone is signing him this window. Just journos trying to create rumours and having click bait headlines to get some attention. I don't expect a lot of transfers this window, and I think there will be a lot less money spent all around.

Chelsea still have a sizable chunk of money left.
