Every time we have a golden chance we somehow mess it up and Southampton have been in good form lately
I also worry that if City do get banned (no chance they do they'll get let off) there will actually be more complacency as then 5th gets CL.
it's a shame its being announced so early in the day I'd be inclined if I were Ole to try and do a bit of a lock down re social media etc in the lead up to the game so the players didn't know if they were/ weren't banned so go into the game thinking there are only 2 places left available

We have been starting too slow in the last few games, bound to cost us in the end. If we were going to trip up in the run-in though, this was the best point to do it. Our competitors lost, and we still have a decent chance at top 4. Hopefully Ole and the boys will learn from this, to never relax in squeaky bum time.
