PochettinoDamn that was quick. Allegri or Conte?
There are talks of him going to Barca isn’t there?Pochettino
His high press system won't suit with Barcelona ageing players. There are talks of him going to Barca isn’t there?
I think he’d be foolish to go there just now. The profile of the squad doesn’t suit his system and philosophy at all.Pochettino
This makes a lot of sense. Can see this happening.Sarri gets sacked
Zidane leaves RM
Pochitino to RM
Zidane to Juve
No it isn't. It's nothing like that. Juventus win the league every year with relative ease and he made it a struggle. He then lost both cup competitions, the Champions League in very poor circumstances considering the quality they have. The club has gone backwards under him.Embarassing club that sack a manager that won them the league. It is like Liverpool firing Klopp this season too since he only won the league . Would be nice if Pool did!
They have gone greedy thinking it is easy to win the league every year. The squad they got is not that great to be honest. No it isn't. It's nothing like that. In my opinion the main problem is that for some reason he didn't even try to turn them into a "Sarri" team, he tried to do what Allegri would have done but logically worse. So there is no point keeping Sarri if he isn't going/able to impose the style that made him an interesting manager. No it isn't. It's nothing like that. What the feck has Pochettino done to land one of the biggest management jobs in the world?Pochettino
Reached CL final and won the top 4 trophy a lot too. What the feck has Pochettino done to land one of the biggest management jobs in the world?
I was at that game. I came out of it thinking that City had completely toyed with Napoli and 2-1 flattered them.Sarri's whole reputation was built on the time Pep Guardiola said that Napoli were the best team that City faced in Europe a few seasons back.
If Pep had not have said that, Sarri would never have gone to Chelsea and Juventus and nobody would have the first clue still who he was outside of Italy.
Well there was that and the fact they pushed Juventus to the title a few years back. He built a very good team at Napoli and got them playing some great football so it wasn't unwarranted. Sarri is exactly what would happen if Pochettino was given one of these jobs though. Just because you can get a smaller side playing well and come close to winning something doesn't mean you can manage the big boysSarri's whole reputation was built on the time Pep Guardiola said that Napoli were the best team that City faced in Europe a few seasons back.

Aren't the payments based on garden leave? So you get sacked and then as long as you don't take another job in 3 to 6 months the club continue to pay your salary and such for that time. How much money would Sarri have made from being sacked in the past year?
We were reluctant to hire a manager that gouged people's eyes during games, how are we going to be okay hiring a manager who chews cigarette buds on the touchline and makes questionable comments about homosexuals in post match pressers?Sarri to replace Ole next summer? Not that I want it.
Nothing, but what had Sarri done? A Europa League(much easier than CL final IMO)What the feck has Pochettino done to land one of the biggest management jobs in the world?
Not to mention he decided to stick Ronaldo out on the wing & play Higuain as their #9 all season. Someone should have told him it's not 2013 any more. Higuain bagged 8 goals in 32 league games in a farmers league. Shocking striker. Missed 3 sitters vs Lyon too.In my opinion the main problem is that for some reason he didn't even try to turn them into a "Sarri" team, he tried to do what Allegri would have done but logically worse. They've been burned once with Sarri, why would they appoint someone else who's won nothing and never managed a big team? They're gonna get Poch aren't they
To be honest, Chelsea didn't even sack Sarri, Juventus paid us £7 mil for him.Aren't the payments based on garden leave? So you get sacked and then as long as you don't take another job in 3 to 6 months the club continue to pay your salary and such for that time.
Who else is available? They've been burned once with Sarri, why would they appoint someone else who's won nothing and never managed a big team?
Depends on your run to the final, doesn't it? Sarri still won stuff, Pochettino hasn't and was visibly breaking at the seams the year when Spurs were running Leciester close for the titleNothing, but what had Sarri done? A Europa League(much easier than CL final IMO)
Conte actually wouldn't surprise me tbf.Who else is available?
I'll let that dig at uncle Poch slide. They've been burned once with Sarri, why would they appoint someone else who's won nothing and never managed a big team?
This year i found out that top4 is a trophy so he is a serial winner of top 4 trophy. What the feck has Pochettino done to land one of the biggest management jobs in the world?
Would surely never get out of the San Siro alive for the away game once crowds are allowed back.Back to Conte?
Niko Kovac, Hansi Flick, Quique Setien, Ernesto Valverde and so on and so on ... Pochettino has done a lot more than a lot of managers who somehow got a big job in recent years. What the feck has Pochettino done to land one of the biggest management jobs in the world?
I mean, wtf does it even mean, Ish? To play a really shit brand of soulless footballThis
Allegri, Conte could be convinced, as much as I don't rate him Tuchel, hell, even Laurent Blanc is still available.Who else is available?
Haven't they all been sacked? Bayern just take managers within their league to weaken opposition teams, not to strengthen their own, they sign players for that.Niko Kovac, Hansi Flick, Quique Setien, Ernesto Valverde and so on and so on ... What did Solskjaer do to land a job at United? If he didn’t play for this club he wouldn’t be here right now. What the feck has Pochettino done to land one of the biggest management jobs in the world?
