What makes me skeptical is that he's not only talking about concrete things, like actual offers and negotiations. He claims to know what the clubs and players are thinking, what they are going to do, what their priorities are etc. I just don't see how it's possible for so many clubs and players, I think he's padding.

International window closes on 5th, but then it's the domestic window which closes on 16th, in case we want to buy someone domestically.

I think that's only for lower league clubs isn't it? I thought PL clubs it was 5th for all transfers.

We honestly need a DoF to plan these transfers out over a course of a season or two. Maybe just maybe if we did have a good DoF he could have persuaded Alaba to join us this summer. We’ve been hemming and hawing over Sancho for the last few months if a deal were to be done I think it should’ve been done by now. So at this point yes even Sancho would be a panic buy after the way we started the season..

Yeah, RB but Arsenal are playing him LB because of Bellerin. He's good depth for the middle too. He's best when he plays at wing-back for me though so he helps us if we ever have games to play that system.
He's a utility man really. His best position is probably right back but can play left back, on the wing or in centre mid.
I'd like Maitland-Niles as a RB if the fee is decent.
With him and Telles we'd finally have some good FB going forward, enough putting up with the crap of Shaw and AWB week and week out.
