Does it matter?

At the end of the day, as long as the glazers are making money of theit indonesian matchstick sponser, nothing will change regardless of manager.

It will be lather, rinse, repeat.

How naive are people to seriously think he’ll walk away from millions?
Because some people think he is Man United through and through. He is one of the highest paid managers in the league and he will take every last penny he can get (I don't blame him) he will never ever get a big job again.

We are rebuilding, its just a blip
That's what Woodward will include in his report to the Glaziers regarding today's loss. Then the Glaziers will say, "Oh we lost 6-1? That's just one touchdown scored by the opponents, that's not so bad! By the way how are the Drink and Snack sponsorship deals from Asia coming along?"

I said this in January. I repeat. Ole should be moved upstairs.

As much as the governance at the club is inept, these set of players should be doing a lot better.
I have to disagree.

I've said it before, but his signings haven't been at all great and there's no way he's cut out for the DoF role. Like all before him, when he's sacked he should go.

Why? Sentimentality? Why should he get promoted for being incompetent?

I have the horrible feeling that by tomorrow this results will be swept under the rug and literally nothing will change. Just going back to looking at transfer rumours. United twitter gassing up Cavani and Telles before promoting another MUTV discount.
This is 100% what is going to happen. What should happen at a club like ours when you lose 6-1 to a rival team, and your last name isn't Ferguson, is that you find yourself unemployed the next day. At any other top club in the world that is what would happen. United will drag this on and delay it until sacking him when the season is beyond salvaging.

I would have agreed But I think after this beating, it’s gone too far now, when he’s no longer manager he can’t be kept around the club.
And I say that as someone who has really really enjoyed having Ole here

You know things are bad when @sammsky1 can't even muster up the energy to be condescending to those who post valid concerns.
He's obviously too gutted so I'll take his place and hold his mantle

Why upstairs though? What’s he done to deserve that?

He has spent money on Maguire, AWB and James. Those are not great signings especially for the prices on Maguire and AWB.

youtu.be/cKGPrOLIt7M - Just like Keane predicted.

I feel sorry for Ole but he has to go, the players don't know their positions on the field. Tactically all over the place.

I’m done defending him
- players look like they’ve never met each other never mind had drills together
- no ingame directions at all, no emotion. Fergie would be going bonkers
- I say this every week, this stupid obsession with trying to play out from the back! We can’t do it. Keeper kick the feckin ball down the pitch or throw it long

shocking. We could give him another 10 players and it’d be the same.

I still can't believe. Absolutely shocked. 6-1 at our home to Spurs. Player sent off or not is a scandal no manager in a big club can see through it.

Sack him now. Kovac was sacked and Bayern won the bloody treble. Now, of course we’re not as good as Bayern but we should be doing far better with the squad we’ve got.

I'm glad someone is watching the games and not just the names. You're right, we should have lost to Brighton as well.
Funny thing is - Brighton created more clear cut chances than Spurs did today...

To do what?

As a DOF it would be a similar mistake as appointing him a manager. You need someone more suitable for such a huge position and he's not the man for that.

It’s such a hilariously bad idea to make him DOF, let’s give him another job he isn’t qualified to do and ignore fact he spent world record fee on Leicester’s second best centre half.

Just move on and employ someone who might be able to do the job, it probably ends the same way but that’s our future for a long time.

To do what blow a £150 warchest on players that don’t suit any style.

I refuse to be mad at our players. Nobody can convince me that Liverpool’s players are individually so superior over ours. It is a capability of a head coach to build a TEAM and Ole just do not have that, you love him or hate him.
I am Ole out but none of our players are even close to Salah, Mane, VVD, and TAA.

Our goal difference is worse than both Burnley and Sheffield who sit in 18th and 19th place. That in itself, is a sackable offence.

Look at how amazing Ole's signings are! Idiots!

Totally revolutionised our recruitment structure.

It's so obvious that complacency set on after getting third last season from him, the players, and the board.

This has been a problem across the club for the last 7 years, the whole club starts relaxing after achieving the bare minimum.

His praise for the Glazers was the final straw for me. Don’t need bootlickers.
