That red card was a disgrace.
Any idiot knows you're supposed to go down and act like you've been punched by Mike Tyson in his prime as soon as someone hits you in the face, not hit the person back even harder. Martial must have pudding for brains.

Ole should resign before hes sacked - no one would blame him for that.
His accountant would.

He's not exactly going to get another job after this (at least not in a proper league). Can't see him turning down that big payoff.

Terrible officiating, even with VAR supposedly there to help. I wouldn't expect nothing less from Premier League refs though, they've been awful ever since I started watching the league
Souness too.. and laid into lamela for going down

Nah it was a red card. Martial knows the rules as do we all. Any time that happens it results in a red, and the game went to pot afterwards. In fact the game went to pot after the penalty when our defence showed how utterly shambolic they are.
I have to agree with you. Loosing Martial should not have resulted in a 1-6 defeat. We are incredibly fragile. Where are the leaders. Where is the passion. Where is the desire.
But most of all, where is the team spirit.

That passion, desire, team spirit and leadership does not just happen. It has to be developed day after day by people with true vision and true leadership.

Bringing in Telles, Cavani, Uncle Tom Cobbley and all won't help if we are set up they way we are at the back, where Maguire is marking the wide man, and the Shaw is being told to mark Kane. Jose didn't have to employ a tactical masterclass to win this.

Why is it always United that gets thrashed. I've never seen United kill a team that's not in the championship. Last I can remember is chelsea at the start at least season.

Who would you send? None of them performed so someone had to come out and face the music
I'd send out Donny Van de Beek. He had the least time on the field and couldn't be blamed for the shambles before him.

That or our fecking captain so he could explain himself.

We thrashed teams during that run right after the lockdown.

As much as i like Ole as an ex-player, when you see Biesla tactically out thinking Guardiola and the performances of the Leeds players on the pitch. You do have to wonder what a manager like him (proven elite manager) could do with this squad.

The biggest worry is the players dont look motivated or hungry. Thats really worrying.

I'm 100% with you there. Ole is a tier or two below from where our manager should be from. That said, we had a bit of that in LvG and Mou so I think the root cause of all that is deeper.

There's only one United!
A decent manager and coaching staff should be able to organise that defence. Make good tactical decisions during a game. Yes Ed and the owners are to blame, but so is Ole and definitely his coaching staff.
A decent manager has to be backed by the owners etc and try to get the players he wants to build a decent team.

Just listening to the post-match comments and all I can keep thinking to myself is "talk is cheap".

13 days before our next league game is a long time. Mentally, I can see our players dwelling on this result rather than using it as motivation to do better, because mentally we are weak.

Historic thrashing that will go down in the football annals.

United are a laughing stock. Solskjaer will do well to make it to new year's day.

What’s scary is we didn’t play much different to what we did against Brighton. But this time the chances went in!

Are you fecking joking...this is the wort performance I´ve seen from a United team for ages...next you will propably say Pogba was playing well...OGS is done...Matic,Pogba should never play for this club again..Baily and Maguire are like dumb and dumber playing together and to many of these guy´s are not giving a feck with Pogba being the worst of the lot
Calm down, terrible officiating isn't mutually exclusive with a bad performance

This is the first time I give most of our player a 2 or 3 rating, and Maguire get a 1 from me.
Individually its even worst than any of the Lingard performance last season. I mean, how is it possible for anyone to have performed worst than Lingard from last season? Total disgrace!

It's such a humiliating day that even ABU pundits are not really sticking it in as bad as they usually do when we even win.

Perhaps they are all feeling sorry for us having seen where we have come.
