Would you mind elaborating why you think he's not? He did take us to third last season and has improved a lot of our attacking players and we improved in defense as well.

On the other hand, while folks like to cast it aside as an excuse, do folks really think a team with almost no pre-season would be tearing it up in the league just like that?

If the bad form persists, fair enough, but I wouldn't start baying for blood after 3 games while we're behind everyone else bar City in terms of fitness, and it's not working out so great for them either at the moment.
where do I start?

The players are regressing rather than improving
The team has no obvious plan or structure
He signed Harry Maguire
He has no track record of success

He comes across as nice but weak

He looks lost. It’s unfair on him to prolong this debacle.

Needs to go ASAP, and Poch in.

This wait until we can't get 4th is BS.....what about we make the change now and keep ourselves in contention for 2nd or 3rd? Why do we have to hope for 4th, or worse, a Europa League squad.

Ole has had plenty of chances, he's just not up to it. No shame in him trying
What’s poch won?
What’s klopp won? 7-2
What’s Gaurdiola won? 5-2

I remember us getting beat for the 3rd game in a row under Fergie at Newcastle, I think 5-0
the press called it a crisis but we won the league that year over Newcastle by 7 points.

My concern with Ole is that Fergie had it in his locker to stimulate, shock, motivate players and the team when they went into a slump. With Ole, not so sure he has that if I am honest.

He isn’t getting sacked - we had all this nonsense last season and ended up third.
How was it nonsense? He managed when we had our worst start to a Premier League season, which was half the season. We have now started this season even worse.

He should be sacked today, but won't be. They waited it out last time, even though the start was the worst in Premier League history. They will do the same now, but this time we won't get top four.

So, I think December at the least.

You have to be kidding. Guardiola won the Premier League twice; Klopp has won the Champions League and Premier League.

Bad results are not a common thing for them. For us, it is; I don't see how people can't see the difference.

He wont be there by January imo.

Come on. He hasn't been backed in the market. Its Woodword out and Glazers Out. Not him. He is not the reason why we are performing so Poorly
He was backed when we got Maguire, AWB, James, Bruno, AVDB and Ighalo. We have some good players and shouldn't be losing by 6 to anyone.

He's a reason we're performing so poorly.

I know, its infuriating. I can only assume its blind faith and willful ignorance.

If the club had any ambition outside of financial gain, he’d be gone tomorrow. Absolute joke of a hire to begin with.

What about the coaches too. Get Rio in as a defensive coach! Let him pick the next centreback signing...

Who should we have in place of Ole? Not an Ole in or out person but genuinely have no idea who would be a good fit given the recent transfer dealings are all supposedly Ole inspired?

Then again you could argue that a good manager will get the best out of these players. Leeds are absolutely rocking it with championship players.

Should be tomorrow ideally. However, it’s going to be mid February.

We would easily lose to Chelsea and Arsenal after the break
I don't doubt that, but it won't matter. Woody and the board are never proactive. They only act when they're absolutely forced to, so regardless of how bad things get in the coming months, they're still not going to do what has to be done. If they do I would be very surprised.

What ever way you want to spin it he shouldn't be scraping one point and being outplayed in all three of those opening fixtures. It's clear as day now they all need to go.

We have basically been a big budget Norwich for the past year +, Get a big win against a big team or two to lift spirits and then drop a tonne of points against everyone else straight after.

EDIT: with that being said this awful transfer window finally shuts tomorrow so let's wait for that to shut and the dust to settle and see how we go after the international break with NO excuses.

Kloop out 7-2
Hate posts like this, Did Ole win the league last year? has Ole already got 9 points on the board? you might as well say Zidane out he just won 2-0 it was that pointless.

He won't be sacked because next game we will hammer Newcastle and everyone will say we have turned the corner and take it your Ole out guys and that sort of thing. Then the next time we play a decent team it will be back to square one and it starts again.

Zidane was on the coaching staff of Real Madrid for a period too. Then he took over the Real Madrid B team. So it was not as if he was a newbie to coaching at Real Madrid. He was the assistant coach to Carlo Ancelotti at Real.

Whenever top 4 looks an impossibility he will be gone, and then we will restart the cycle of hiring a new manager, back him next summer to get back into the Champions League, finish top 4 next year and then not back the manager again.

It’s one game ffs. We finished last season very well and he deserves a bit of time. But If we don’t get Sancho and a new cb (Jan window) I think it’s only a matter of time.

Can we sign Atalanta's current manager? Fantastic attacking football and looking to out scoring every opponent. I think they will challenge Juventus and Inter for the Serie A. Would be great to be a manager that can built a capable team without spending money like Utd.

It was about this time in 2015 where Liverpool pulled the trigger on Rodgers and got Klopp, and they haven’t looked back since. The same Rodgers who were a Steven Gerrard slip away from being league champions a year before no less. Football is a cutthroat business and sentimentality is a dangerous thing to play with.

If there is a outstanding candidate out there, go for him. Soton did that with Pochettino many years ago getting rid of Adkins who wasn’t even getting particularly bad results and they went up a level in time.

OGS wont make it to December so I’ll say last week of November.
Who is that candidate: that can improve this specific squad of players and also handle working under the pressure of our fanbase and our owners?
