Let's never deal with Dortmund again. Arrogant fecking pricks.
I have a better idea let's get Rid of Ed and Judge who are ridiculously bad at their job , Let's try and work out some way to get of the Parasites that are bleeding our club dry. And hopefully some day someone will buy the club that want that have an ounce of Ambition.

Time to close the thread but there is always January and next season when all the same posts can be done again.
Happy Sancho day!

Asking for a friend:

what would be the very latest time to get a bid accepted? 9.30? Or is the paper work a 5 hour job?
Depends probably on how simple the transfer is. All cash in one lump sum with personal terms and agents fees already agreed? Less than an hour.

I’d imagine it could be done within an hour. I don’t believe the paper work is that hard. It just has to be submitted on the official online system in time. Just let your friend know.

Read my post, its says they were pissed off hence Zorcs comments after the 10th, doesn't mean thats what pissed them off but they were clearly pissed off.
Zorc came out and said that they were not having financial problems and won't be forced into selling and that he will not leave the deadline has passed. They were pissed off that is clear.

You are just failing to read the room. Why do you think Zorc made the point to talk about his contract. Anyway not replying again on this
Pissed off at reports and pissed off at Utd are different things entirely. You arent replying because you dont have much of a point. Ole refused to talk about the player, Ed was nowhere. We didnt even lodge a bid after lengthy discussions because they didnt indicate they would accept. We never made public declarations about signing him, we never had the player pressure the club at all. In no way at all has any Dormund official criticised our way of working over this.
You may not like how the club missed out on him but thats a long way from calling us arrogant in our dealings.

Even though this didn't materialise eventually I am glad for this thread. It introduced by the world of transfer sagas. I never have previously even entered these threads only relying on official club confirmations. But this thread introduced me to the concept of ITKs, told me about reporters such as Romano, Nurse, Stone, etc, and the general madness of what the Caf goes through every time we are linked with a big name. And since though this thread moved at a really fast pace, I only used to go through the tweets posted because it was literally impossible for me to go through 25 pages of discussions every night.

But that was enough for me to learn about the world of muppetry and I will definitely join the next time an exciting prospect is linked to us. Also will never forget the first Happy Sancho day post I came across at the beginning of August being excited that today we were going to announce the signing before realising it was a daily occurance of this thread.

Under a tree.
For the people that keep on saying, "if I were him, I would not want to join United now", why? because we didnt spend 120m on him during a pandemic, that he just broke rules in, if he were to think actually like that, than fck him.
But this is just section of fans with the same pedantic thoughts, it's the same bunch that used to say rubbish like "United don't deserve Pogba"

No I wont reply because we clearly don't agree AND its a bit pointless just repeating yourself on the internet.
You do realise the player did pressure the club and didn't play the last 2 matches and was not I'll right?

He went by the name of Wayne Rooney
120 million was always too much for him, and the board did the right thing not caving in to Dortmund's demands. He doesn't have the elite pace to justify such a fee in my opinion. What is criminal, however, is to end the window without any cover for the right wing to take some responsibilty from Mason.

I don't have a problem that we didn't end up signing Sancho, I understand that it was incredibly difficult with Dortmund's demands. But I don't understand why we chased him for the entire window, with no real alternatives lined up. Dembele would have been a good alternative, but we left it too late, and the deal fell apart. And now we have nothing for our primary target position need after all this time. That to me is the real problem here.

If reports are to be believed, Utd were apparently happy to pay the asking price in the last couple of days of the window and assured Sancho the deal would be done eventually.

If that was the case, Sancho has every right to be pissed off knowing that Utd were willing to pay what Dortmund wanted but were trying to low ball them first. Utd playing poker and losing cost him his much desired move to the Premier league and Utd. I wouldn’t be surprised if his desire to join has reduced.

Makes me laugh that Dortmund are having a little hissy fit despite not giving an inch.
Have I missed something? Sorry I don’t check this thread very often.

Seems fast enough; we can't get near him.

Agreed, I don't blame the club for walking away, I do blame the club for not being organised and having a plan B ready to go.

If we didn't want to pay then we should have moved on long back. This is incredibly stupid. We could have got a CB and DM and played a different formation that masks the gap for this season.

Where does this myth come from? He's very fast. Just watch his goal against Bayern in the 18/19 season.

Correct but they're too dumb to see that right now. Obsessed with looking powerful. Very small time.

The whole thread is an interesting read. It finishes by saying there are two other clubs interested next summer. One Spanish and one English. Has to be Chelsea or Liverpool. I guess it’s Hazard 2.0:houllier:
