It's more important that we win the game rather than trying to prove a point. With Fred suspended and assuming Pogba's head isn't all over the place, I think he should start today.
Which it absolutely will be, he is already thinking of his next club, and will pull out of even more tackles than usual rather then risk an injury, we need 100% commitment from everyone tonight, no passengers.

He's not suddenly decided he wants to leave though. If we've been using him so far this season, I don't see a reason to stop playing him now his agent has gone public with news that isn't all actually all that surprising.

Just shows how much of a pain in the arse Pogba & Raiola are that the other thread has 20+ pages and this one only 7... you just know the pre/post match stuff will be dedicated to these clowns that don't deserve to be even remotely associated to our great club.
I understand what you mean, but... there's rarely a mega thread and a lot of discussion before the game kicks-off.

Disagree, he is so mentally weak and deluded Id be prepared to bet he honestly expected to hear everyone going on about how they cant blame him, and he is too good for us. The fact everyone is glad and wants him to piss off asap will be a hammer to his already fragile ego.

I'm hoping Pogba will start tonight. He'll be motivated for once as his reputation is on the line after those comments. If he plays like shite he'll look like a massive fool, if not we'll probably go through to the knockout-stages and might get a decent transfer fee for him. It's a win-win.

Raiola has made it almost impossible now for Ole to pick him. After weekend I was sure he was going to and after Pogba's interview I was even more sure. However now Raiola has said that it's going to look awful to leave out Matic, Scotty or Donny for a player who cant wait to go.

Let him rot on the bench.

That's the thing. It about the message it sends to his teamates, and the one competing with him for starting spots.

Let's look at it like that, if you were VDB or any of the center mid that we have and you see him playing tonight while you sit on the bench, it has to impact you confidence in the manager and the club, knowing that a player that does not want to be here is playing while you're on the bench.

Especially as Scott and VDB are players that are going to be here for a long time.

It was more that the former had lots of pages, it's undoubtedly going to be an annoying background noise whether we win or lose... if we win or lose it will be discussed and it's really not fair on the team. It's a disgrace.

How can it be that agents have the power to influence a match like this? Surely it should be against the rules, it's not fair at all.

What would the CAF say about Ole, if he starts Pogba and he plays like shit and we lose?

easy solution to that , players comes out and categorically denies what agent said, not going to happen of course.

The players need to come through for Ole tonight and not let the distractions dictate the match.

United always lose if I watch while I'm eating. Unfortunately, I have a meal this evening I can't get out of.

    Sorry.

We've been absurdly good away from home. Other than the Istanbul game, our last defeat away was at Anfield in January. The run includes wins against Man City, Chelsea, Leicester, and PSG. We can definitely get a result against Leipzig away.

It'll be mayhem, but half the CAF posts shit about Ole anyway even when we win. It won't be too much of a difference. He should either start or not be involved at all. The absolute worst scenario is him being subbed on with 10-15 mins to go to try save our ass.

You could just starve, have you considered doing that?
Maybe don't eat the food? Some people are so inconsiderate.
To be fair, it starts at around 7. If I'm quick, I might be finished before kick off.

My jinx percentage is almost 100%. I know because of how often I've ended up with a second serving of dessert. I don't think I've ever had a full belly while celebrating a win.

I think Pogba will start today. It will be the same team that played in the second half vs West Ham except Matic for Mata..

Don't know if I am afraid or excited for tonight... Maybe depending on the result to be honest.

It's now that I regret the most the game at Istanbul and the Martial miss against PSG last week.

Plenty of time! Unless it's a restaurant you should be done long before that, even if you eat dessert.

He'll give away a penalty if he plays today, I've got one of those feelings. People are mad if they're even considering picking him.
He wants out, it's not a crime to prefer leaving the club/job. Doesn't mean that the won't give his all today just like he did a few days ago. Would be suprised if he were to be left out.

Just think, if SAF had read the comments he’d drop him and I doubt if he’d play again unless he came out and renounced it, and apologise to everyone concerned.

He knows there’s only about 3 weeks to go and is hoping for suitors. I hope no one of note makes a bid realising what they’re dealing with

He does make some weird dangerous plays when we need him to step up. You can't possibly trust a player that moves the way him and his agents does. His professionalism, attitude and allegiance is under question. He might throw the game to make a point about him 'being better than the club who couldn't qualify'. I just wouldn't roll that dice.

Tell them you don't feel good, so if they would be so kind to pack the food for you, take it home and start eating after the final whistle!

    That is an order!!!!

    I'd not start him.

Last match he looked a bit decent and scored a cracking goal. Let's make whoever buyer there, if any, keep thinking so.

I think we're going to struggle from a mentality perspective.

My prediction is we'll go a goal down and then draw 1-1
