Brighton are a strange side. Create plenty of chances but can't hit a barn door.

15 goal striker in that side and they'd surely be safe.

You were unlucky like if Burke scored you win. A point at Brighton isn’t that bad.
It’s not bad at all especially since they had chances themselves but it should’ve been 0-2 3 points.

Gutted but not surprised
It was great effort with ten men, and considering they should have scored at the end you've done well to come out with a point. But yes it's the same old story really; you're lacking the individual quality to get goals and when you're not shipshape at the back you're in real trouble.

Yeah exactly I can’t fault the effort, gives me a bit of hope for the future. Its just that we could have taken a huge step forward had it gone 0-2.

How did Sheffield go from overachieving last season where they were even challenging for top 4 before the pandemic to bottom of the league with just one point with 30% of the season played. Mind boggling.

Interesting match here. Leicester surely got to low block like they did at Arsenal (when they were still actually o.k). Just pouring forward is just asking for trouble, Spurs picked them off 3-0 at end of last season in that manner.

Centre backs forgot how to overlap.

Should be a cracker this, just hope Mourinho doesn’t kill it with boredom

It gets asked every week now. Compare this season and last season in general, different league completely and not just for us. No fans, key players out, had to play differently. It’s no surprise that we have found it tough.

I've been harsh on Dier before, and I still don't rate him as a midfielder, but he looks good at centre back. Jose has him reading the game well and getting to balls over the top.

Poch allowed him his CDM role and he never excelled, was always a solid CB.
You sound nervous today. In your heart of hearts you must be fearing each potential bad result as the commencement of that slide in to the inevitable and prolonged pre-sacking Jose purgatory.

Nice start from Leicester. A goal for them would make this a very interesting watch. Still feels like Son and Kane will be lethal on counter attack and then Leicester will be gasping for air and picked off.

Jose's title winning teams were built upon a solid defense. Once the defense is sorted he always allows his midfield to express themselves, and they score freely. But when he has doubt about his own defense he sucks the joy out of the team, always. That is the clear indication of whether he thinks his team is title contender or not.

This Tottenham team is clearly not.
