Shame its too little too late to affect a title race thoughThank God he's criticizing the referee for the penalty, time for us to put back some preassure on them.

A back 6 at the expense of a midfield is not defensive to you?I’m honestly not sure how United were defensive today? Our final ball was really poor but we pressed very high for long periods.
Absobloodylutely spot on.I think some may not understand his rationale. He knows he is not going to catch City. He knows Leicester lost early today. For him a point is better than no points. I feel that had Leicester won today he might have gone more attacking.
Is he the one to win trophies for us? I never thought so and nothing he did today changed my mind.
Alright, we can thank Leicester for being shite then. They haven’t been as good as us this year. That’s nothing to do with Arsenal.
Is better late than never, should have completely slated them after the Sheffield United game.Shame its too little too late to affect a title race though
just to make sure.Alright, we can thank Leicester for being shite then.
It was simpler to shift to 4 at the back if he wanted an attacker in the game to win it. Instead it was Giroud and Mount as the nominal attackers and Mount is utter shit. For RWB role? Sure, Kepa is also a good option I guess.
When did we play a back 6?A back 6 at the expense of a midfield is not defensive to you?
That was as Jose as it gets.
What game changing attacking sub do we have on the bench?Tweet

I don't want to be anti Ole but this is fairly criminal.
Biggest thing too is our subs in these games are so passive. Always like for like. We never go for the win.
Results has nothing to do with tactics though. Plan was to target our left side as Shaw will be bombing up and isolate Maguire against pacy players. They almost had it with Giroud chance and Werner chance ( last minute tackle from Lindelof) . We could have easily avoided it by putting on Telles or Bailey.Certainly not outclassed. His original game plan was good and worked really well, but he had failed to adjust to Tuchel's changes at half-time. Sadly, this is a regular occurrence, he is too slow to react (and often doesn't want to sub players off). I'd say that overall Tuchel had an upper hand but you can't be outclassed when a game ends in a deserved 0:0 draw.
Firstly you get more prize money for finishing 2nd than you do 3rd. Then, you also are classed as the 2nd best team in England, not the 3rd. In addition, you’re classed as the runners up, not 3rd or 4th. So your claim it “doesn’t matter“ is nonsense.First 2nd from 4th doesn't matter.
Second *face palm* the bold part is pretty weird really.
We were leading the league with 3 points few weeks ago. It's our responsibility that we threw this away and now 12 points away from first spot.
If this is one game then yes, it was logical to play on 0-0 and this is pretty good result. But problem is that he is playing on 0-0 from day one in these matches. Last year he managed to get something because he was unknown by other managers but now all managers in PL know what they must do.I think some may not understand his rationale. He knows he is not going to catch City. He knows Leicester lost early today. For him a point is better than no points. I feel that had Leicester won today he might have gone more attacking.

Most would have been over the moon if he came here and took Ole's job. Seeing people wanting Allegri in, after crying about us taking an important point in a difficult away match is quite funny. Not sure tbh, there's no way Tuchel would have been a unanimous choice. Moaners: Are these people who happen to disagree with you?
Might aswell get them. Atleast they are better managers and apparently the fanbase love this football.People here didn't wanted Allegri, Simeone or Conte because they are "defensive". If they are defensive, wtf is Ole? Turbo defensive?
Greenwood is the easiest one to replaceSolskjaer’s obsession with certain players is going to cost him his job at some point. Rashford, and not for the first time over the last number of weeks, was poor and should’ve been replaced. Instead a player in attack who was performing much better (Greenwood) was inexplicably hooked.
Baffling in-game management at times.
Ole is perfect for the glazers as long as he gets top 4. We are a business and they could not care less about trophies unlike Roman or the Arabs.I'm surprised people are still suprised. It's something we'll have to get used to as he won't be sacked any time soon. We won't win anything major with him
Just shy of a year since we scored a goal from open play against the big 6. Any discredit for that? We've conceded one penalty goal in the last 6 games against the top. Any credit for that?
YepGreenwood is the easiest one to replace

Ole is happy to be here and will never put pressure on them to spend the money unlike LvG or Jose.
Watch us spend 60m again this summer and struggle to get top 4 next year
So, 2 goalscoring chances in 90 minutes? And your idea of solving the issue is to sub our best defender for Telles? Results has nothing to do with tactics though. Plan was to target our left side as Shaw will be bombing up and isolate Maguire against pacy players. They almost had it with Giroud chance and Werner chance ( last minute tackle from Lindelof) . Conte has been quite attacking this season, his side is surprisingly entertaining.People here didn't wanted Allegri, Simeone or Conte because they are "defensive". If they are defensive, wtf is Ole? Turbo defensive?
If those are the stats you aspire to see tagged next to United, while we drift further and further away from the top... sure thingWe've conceded one penalty goal in the last 6 games against the top. Any credit for that?
We’re mid-rebuild mate, why are you fretting? We’re not as good as Man City. I could have told you that before Kick off, i Could have told you that before the season started. Is it Ole’s fault? No. Theyve assembled their amazing squad of world class talent over 6 years, they have the best manager on the planet. We’re on our own journey, 2 years in. I’m really quite content with 2nd, considering we were 3rd last season, 6th the season before.Fair enough you said decent and it's not the worst result but we ain't winning a title any time soon playing like this. Our decision making and passing is utterly shocking for a big club. I also don't really care about CL football when we can't even get a result against Leipzig when we needed to. It's a decent result only in the sense that we avoided defeat but it's clear to anyone with a pair of eyes that we're light years away from City regardless of your rebuild estimations.
What? I'm saying thank Arse for beating Leicester away because we would now be third. You said it's not about Arse being good it's about Leicester being crap. So I said thank Leicester for being crap.just to make sure.
every team apart from City in the league is shit then?
Exactly, people are not getting it. 2-4 doesn't matter. Just show some balls and go for it.First 2nd from 4th doesn't matter.
Second *face palm* the bold part is pretty weird really.

Leicester apart from us are the second best team in the league. They’re having a great season with some cracking players. They’re clearly not crap. What? Does 2-5 matter by any chance?Exactly, people are not getting it. 2-4 doesn't matter. Just show some balls and go for it.
Of course. But we're playing a kid in Greenwood and James in attack. I'm not expecting a flurry of goals personally.Just shy of a year since we scored a goal from open play against the big 6. Any discredit for that?
These are moral trophies. No one gives a shit who finished 2nd in a one horse race title. No one will give a shit about the "2nd best team in England" when the gap between the first and second is 12 points. No one gave a shit about this when we finished 2nd 19 points away from City few years ago, and no one cared about City last season when they finished 2nd 18 points away from Liverpool. These only get any kind of importance when you're actually challenging for the league, we're not. It's a one horse race so yeah, 2nd from 4th in this situation doesn't matter except boosting some egos here. Neither us nor Leicester, Chelsea or whatever are challenging City. No one will care for us or them.Firstly you get more prize money for finishing 2nd than you do 3rd. Then, you also are classed as the 2nd best team in England, not the 3rd. In addition, you’re classed as the runners up, not 3rd or 4th. So your claim it “doesn’t matter“ is nonsense.
We have lost 5 points against the two teams at the bottom of the league and 2 points against Everton when we were leading 2-0 at half time. Get these 7 points and we would be 5 points away from first spot and a possibility of title challenge would still be on.Secondly, people are complaining were not putting up a suffficient title race. I hate to break it to you, but to put up a sufficient title race, you’d need to match Man City. To do that, you’ve guessed it - you’d need to match their form. Hows their form I hear you ask? 20 wins on the bounce.
Thirdly, your third point suggests we should match City’s results. Are you suggesting we win 20 on the bounce, as per my 2nd point?
McTominay and Fred sat camped on the halfway line for the first 65 minutes with Maguire and Lindelof about a metre away. When did we play a back 6?
Mctominay and Fred both played in central midfield, they both offered excellent defensive protection (the thing that everyone hear moans that Pogba doesn’t do), and also both went forward (Fred almost scored a pileddriver, Mctominay also nearly scored and should have had an assist at the end).
No, I didn't say who to sub out. What I said was back 5 was something he always preferred last year which was working like a charm. For some weird reason, he doesn't do it any more .So, 2 goalscoring chances in 90 minutes? And your idea of solving the issue is to sub our best defender for Telles?
We play a 4231 like many teams, I don't agree with your analysis at all, but I guess that's football and we're all entitled to opinions.McTominay and Fred sat camped on the halfway line for the first 65 minutes with Maguire and Lindelof about a metre away.
That is essentially playing as a back 6. For those first 65, they barely supported the attack and hardly every ventured forward front the aforementioned position. This left Bruno as the sole midfielder ahead, and left us without a midfield in the middle, despite being near their box, McFred stayed at halfway.
That is not good enough.
Well then, that brings us back to my original post.Leicester apart from us are the second best team in the league. They’re having a great season with some cracking players. They’re clearly not crap.
