Those clubs can presumably still develop great players and sell them to super league clubs, and they can have the further honour of applying for a guest place in next years super league. However, Perez and Woodward will have to check if they're more financially attractive than say, Everton, and if not they can give up on their lofty dreams of sharing a pitch again with the mighty Real Madrid, Barcelona and Tottenham, and maybe work on their brands, reach more future fans, thank Perez again for saving football, and reapply again next year.
