I agree I think but to be honest if he comes back I'll love him all over again.I love him....but don't think this is a good or right move to be honest. For either party.

Why the fcuk would Poch go back to Spurs after the way Levy treated him?I agree I think but to be honest if he comes back I'll love him all over again.
He lost the dressing room, and they parted ways amicably. Don't think there is anything personal there. Why the fcuk would Poch go back to Spurs after the way Levy treated him?
He would be insane to do it.
Yeah I dont think Poch leaving had any acrimonious undertones. It was a more "this is business, and we thank you for your service". Actually didnt Pochettino even say he wanted to go back to Spurs at some point later in his career? He lost the dressing room, and they parted ways amicably. Don't think there is anything personal there.
Come off it. Levy never backed Poch in the market. Poch worked wonders keeping them in the top 4,getting to a CL final. With no investment from Levy.He lost the dressing room, and they parted ways amicably. Don't think there is anything personal there.
He stated as much after the rebuild; there was precious little money.Come off it. Levy never backed Poch in the market. Poch worked wonders keeping them in the top 4,getting to a CL final. With no investment from Levy.
What are you trying to say about Levy?It would be a strange move for Poch.
Like going back to an abusive ex
I saw Poch blinking in morse code, the bruises "oh I just walked into a door" yeah sure you did mate. What are you trying to say about Levy?
But he Critisised Poch for not winni G trophies. Fair enough if there was no money you can't buy to strengthen but don't take it out on the manager. He stated as much after the rebuild; there was precious little money.
Does it excuse Spurs’ dire form at the start of that season? They were 14th in the league and I think he’d given up. He certainly looked a forlorn figure. Maybe winning a mediocre cup with PSG will rejuvenate him
Think 14th and winning 3 out of 12 andBut he Critisised Poch for not winni G trophies. Fair enough if there was no money you can't buy to strengthen but don't take it out on the manager.
Did hiring Mourinho work?
Don't make me laugh.Think 14th and winning 3 out of 12 and
Losing to Colchester did that.
As for Mourinho, after beating us 6-1 and City, Arsenal what did you think ... hindsight eh?
“Give me Jonesy, Mata, Lee Grant and that fecking Martial lad, and I’ll win it all”.It would be a strange move for Conte, but then he's a strange individual. I can imagine it happening. Difficult to imagine him going there if he doesn't get the assurances of signing all the ex United players his heart desires though.
Yeah I wouldn't put it past him to have Phil Jones playing like Vidic reincarnated Conte will sign him and all of a sudden he stays injury free all season“Give me Jonesy, Mata, Lee Grant and that fecking Martial lad, and I’ll win it all”.
He’d probably do it as well.
Not my point. That’s hindsight..Freak or not, we got trashedDon't make me laugh.
The 6 - 1 was a freak result. Arsenal also beat Spurs. City won the league in a canter.
Whoever takes over at Spurs will likely be taken over a team without Harry Kane.
Poch should stay away.
Absolute madness. No chance he leaves PSG voluntarily, surely. Why the fcuk would Poch go back to Spurs after the way Levy treated him?
He would be insane to do it.
You would lose that bet. How did they did in the return game against us? That's the Mourinho effect. He's taking less and less time to crash & burn. Not my point. That’s hindsight..Freak or not, we got trashed
What was the reaction when we lost to them 6-1 and then they followed it up with good wins? Not the end of season outcome. I’ll bet you and others thought Mourinho would be a revelation
You are completely missing the point and hammering on about the end situation. Taking the early season in isolation, the Mourinho appointment looked good and our form was awful. That’s undeniable. How it ended is neither here no there. At the time of Poch’s sacking they were 14th and lost to Colchester. Many Spurs fans thought he’d taken them as far as he could. You would lose that bet. I am not missing the point. In my view Mourinho is a busted flush as a manager. Finished. I didn't think he was a good fit for us or Spurs. You are completely missing the point and hammering on about the end situation. Many on here who were clamouring for him to be Utd manager managed a U turn. There’s not many who’d take him now. Rightly or wrongly Levy believed at the time that he’d deliver a trophy which Spurs have been craving for a generation almost.
You may go on about Mourinho and his ultimate exit and their late season form but that’s not the debate
The story from Balague is PSG are really confused why there’s so much press. Levy has reached out but PSG aren’t interested in entertaining it. That’s all that’s happened but I guess media outlets need those clicks.Unless PSG are planning to sack Poch this summer. I don't think it's a good move for Poch at all. At least see out your PSG contract and win the league title next season.
It strikes of desperation and some sort of ex-couple weirdly getting back together after shagging around for a bit…. but truth be told, Pochettino is the hot one in this relationship and Spurs oddly manage to grab a hold without having either power or money. What is 100% certain is that he will not be able to build the same as he did the last time, so why bother? Zidane won three CL’s with Real Madrid and returned later before now leaving with his reputation slightly damaged.. it will always happen when you’re successful the first time. (And before someone mentions that Pochettino wasn’t successful the first time, it’s pretty obvious that a club like Spurs cannot define success based on trophies like the biggest clubs).I love him....but don't think this is a good or right move to be honest. For either party.
Conte is a great manager, if a little strange.I think he’s a good manager but him and Levy seems like potentially a worse match than Levy and Jose.
It really would suit that shape well. Could see Ndombele doing well for him also.Could be fantastic for Spurs. They were getting rejected by Rodgers a couple of weeks back. To get a current title winner would be a coup. If they can get Kane to stay, his 3-5-2 would suit the Son and Kane partnership perfectly. And Doherty (if he's still any good) and Reguilon can be good wing backs as well. Let's see how this one goes.
Never go back. You can’t capture the magic twice. He needs to stick it out with PSG and make an impact. Him leaving after 6 months and going back to spurs will likely be the start of the end of his career. It strikes of desperation and some sort of ex-couple weirdly getting back together after shagging around for a bit…. but truth be told, Pochettino is the hot one in this relationship and Spurs oddly manage to grab a hold without having either power or money. I actually agree with this - Poch needs to establish himself as a top manager and he is in the perfect place to do that at PSG - I'd love him to come back to Spurs one day but not now.Never go back. They have a cracking stadiumNo idea why he’d join them. Declining squad, star player wants out, no money to spend. If he goes there then fair fecks but I have no idea why he’d gamble his reputation, which has never been higher, on clearing up that mess.
ExactlyOh boy, if he thought Inter were being cheap, wait until he meets Levy.
