Did Di Marzio not kind of lose all credibilty last summer? Or maybe the summer before.
It looks like people still have a go at him for the Griezmann saga (not saying you, specifically, but that could be why people don't see him as a reliable source).

Nowadays, di Marzio is a solid source for teams from Italy along with Barcelona and Atlético de Madrid (thanks to Matteo Moretto). Anything outside of them would either be via Romano or another unknown source.

Georginio Wijnaldum will undergo the medical examination tomorrow with a delegate of the Netherlands [medical staff] and a delegation of the medical staff of PSG! In the process, Wijnaldum will commit for 3 years with PSG!

Barça thinks of Raheem Sterling who can leave Guardiola's City this summer. It is clear that it is a very complicated business and Laporta's club would have to put players in the middle to reduce the costs of the operation.

Update: more info

Roma want to pay 7-8 million Euros + bonuses for Rui Patricio. They expect an agreement to be in the coming days.

Yeah, I can see Haaland at Chelsea.
It'll be a mad fee to take him there this summer though.

15m for Xhaka. FFS. He is not worth 15m.
Agreed. He is worth a bit more than that. Hopefully we get at least 20M for a very experienced midfielder that never gets injured. Serie A's slower tempo will be perfect for him.

This was covered in the following summary reported by di Marzio:

Other interesting tidbits:
  • Federico Dimarco could remain in Inter Milan after a good loan spell at Hellas Verona.
    • May spell the end for Kolarov; Ranocchia could also leave
  • Juventus
    • Juventus is waiting to know Cristiano Ronaldo's intentions.
      • If Cristiano Ronaldo chooses to leave, Juventus will reinforce their attack.
    • Juventus are ready to commence renewal talks with Dybala (Allegri wants to keep him)
    • Juventus are prioritising Manuel Locatelli of Sassuolo to strengthen their midfield.
      • May use Nicolo Rovella (on loan to Genoa) to sweeten the deal
  • AC Milan
    • AC Milan want Giroud for free from Chelsea despite his renewal
      • If this is not possible, Milan will look at other options.
    • Milan feel confident about Brahim Diaz returning
    • Tonali's purchase option may be exercised.
    • Soualiho Meïté (on loan to Milan) will return to Torino.
    • Milan are not interested in raising Calhanoglu's salary
      • They are not willing to offer more money in case better offers come in.

Those who think Dortmund cannot be convinced to sell Haaland this summer - what are y’all smoking?!

They’ve put the ball in the buyer’s court, pay up or shut up. I’m convinced it’ll take more than £140m for Haaland, and whoever pays that will get him. Then Dortmund will announce his replacement in 2-3 days and it’d be seen as a master stroke.

If Abramovich wants Haaland to lead the line at Chelsea, he will have no problem paying up. Realistically, probably only Chelsea and City would be able to afford him. I don’t know how Chelsea will be able to afford his wages, but for City, they just got Aguero and Fernandinho off the wage bill.

Literally none of what you've said has happened
Yet. Laugh all you want now, but when City snap up Kane and Chelsea Haaland, no one will be laughing. Well run teams like City/Chelsea dont dither with transfers like we do. Let's just say its a fear based on previous United transfer activity over the last 15 years, and I'm just paranoid its gonna happen. All of us here are basing our discussions on perceived future transfer deals that have not happened...yet.

Last transfer season kinda broke me :(

Dani Ceballos speaks about Arteta and his future.

"Arteta is a coach who I am sure will be one of the best in the world in the next few years, but I would like to return to the Spanish league."

Seeing as they arent close to signing either player, how is that not seen as dithering as well?

Honestly, Kai seemed like it took 6 months of negotiations. If, a serious If... there is substantial talks with Haaland happening, this could not be a quick buy. Too many people with their hands in the cookie jar.

Knew this would happen. We would pass on Kane because we will "go for Haaland", and then he moves to Chelsea.

Typical United.
Yeah we would pass on Kane, not that he has better offers and better teams in for him.

ManUtd have first option on every player in the world, only when we reject, others get the chance to sign the players.

They won’t sell him and Sancho in one summer surely. It’ll be one or the other.
Why not? They're a money making club. They'll sell anyone for big money. They buy low and sell high. Haarland, Sancho, Pulisic, Dembélé, Aubameyang. Both Dembélé and Aubameyang left in 2017-18 with total transfers out at £244m, and transfers in = £99m. Net sell off of £145m (2017-18).
Last season their business was:
In: £43.2 - most of the money spend on Bellingham and Emre Can.
Out: £5m.
4 years since they made big money on transfer deals.

No Sancho has an agreement with them he can go, Haarland

We can't afford either, we do not have enough quality players to sell to make either fall into our average season net spend. State backed or sugar daddy clubs are going to be the big movers this summer.

Yeah ridiculously uneven playing field when you are competing against a bottomless pit of money but when they have the means to buy themselves off any charges then just shows how fecked the game is doesn't it
