I really don't understand the "Official Bid" stuff. Surely you have ongoing communications/negotiations between clubs until a deal can be agreed, and then submit the "official bid". Doing so when it gets rejected shows that, either you aren't listening, or never started talks.

I’ve never rated Ramsdale and always considered him a wooden one, although if you rate him I won’t argue the point with you. White has some desirable qualities but I’m not totally convinced by him. However, I strongly agree with your comment regarding price tags! Fees could be quite shocking when all is said and done.
