It's not heart I am talking about but rather about having that screw loose in the head. Of course size plays a factor, but we are not talking about a child vs an adult. Keane was not a tiny fellow by any accounts. I wouldn't pick him against Zlatan who also has a screw loose but is sizeably larger, but I would bet he'd have destroyed Mick McCarthy who was bigger than him if it had come to blows. Same goes for Viera.
