He did the 1st part of his medical yesterday and is finishing up today. So his signing will be official later today or tomorrow morning.

He won't, it was clearly said that they have to finish his medical today, then there's going to be the final admin stuff of signing the contract. No chance he joins team training until tomorrow at the earliest.
