Unfortunately, no one else has, not even Whitwell, Luckhurst, and Rich Fay. With that said, he used to work for Sky Sports back when they were more reliable, so he may have his sources. Yeah, I should have added more context. Tebas was talking after La Liga voted on the new CVC financing deal for their league. Real Madrid, Barcelona, Athletic Bilbao and Real Oviedo voted against the deal and, thus, have opted out of receiving money as part of the deal. He was probably asked about Messi and PSG during the press conference and answered accordingly.

Absolutely. Right club and manager for him, more so with his injury record. He is no Phil Jones, but hasn't played 30 games (all comps) more than twice in a decade.
Yeah, I was very excited by his emergence. I hope that his injury troubles are behind and he asserts himself as one of the top CBs in the world. Simeone will definitely give him time to establish himself and not necessarily oust him.
I've thought for a while quite a few journalists are being handed brown envelopes by Abu Dhabi to give City some good press.
