At last, the RFU are going to get rid of the joke that is ‘Water Carriers’ or ‘Coaches in disguise’. Talk about taking the piss, last weekend saw numerous incidents of these people intimidating linesmen and refs and only two being sent off. Teams that persist with this practice should be docked two points at least and then ten if they continue. Eramaus didn’t even bother to have any water with him during the Lions tour. Disgrace to the game.

well there is a genuine reason to watch the Munster game tomorrow, Jack Crowley is getting his 1st start, he's rated higher than Ben Healy, ROG wanted to take him to France and one of the lads at work has been taking about him for years as the next big thing as he's from bandon as well.

Yeah I can't wait to see him getting a start behind a proper pack. He's such a prospect and such a different style of outhalf to Healy. Great options to have for the next 10 years. Flannery as well behind that although I think he'll end up settling at fullback.

Are you a Brandon man? Didn't know there was anyone else from West Cork on here!

Delighted to see Hodnett back after his injury woes as well. What a prospect he is in a role that doesn't come around too often.

No I work with a Bandon man, I’d be more of a posh norrie location , it’s my mother that’s real west cork from bera.

I haven’t seen much of him, he’s supposed to be a bit more of a ball playing out half, then you look at Ben he has a booth on him which will probably be a cheat code when we go to altitude in South Africa

Australia has avoided becoming Japan's next scalp by beating the Brave Blossoms 32-32 in Oita. A try in the 79th minute put the game beyond doubt. The match was a bit too close for comfort but the days of expecting to beat Japan by 50 + points are long gone.

The Harlequins vs Saracens match is why rugby must remain a game where all styles of can flourish instead of just an all out attacking style like the Harlequins play.

Louis Lynagh has been added to England's squad for their match against Tonga. Seeing a man named Lynagh playing for England will take some getting used to but the point must be made that Louis Lynagh is only eligible to play for Australia because of his father. He has never lived in the land down under.

Tom Lynagh on the other hand will play for the mighty Queensland Reds and will thus I believe has chosen to be eligible to represent Australia should he be picked of course.

The sooner Andy is gone the better, JGP even being in the squad is a joke with the dept we have at that position, Casey, blade, McGrath are better than him, also Murray on the bench what has he this season 30 or 40 mins of action, come on, As a Munster fan I’d say Healy is in better form than carbery who is completely off, Carty again is probably the best out half in Ireland and never gets a real look in because we have a once in a generation 36 year old player.
finally am I right in saying the irfu finally got there wet dream of an entire team made of of Leinster or players who came from the academy.

I've lost interest entirely. I'm gutted for Carty.

Scotland vs Australia will be Romain Poite's last test as a referee. His first test involving Australia was Scotland's 9-8 win at Murrayfield 12 years ago. Hopefully history doesn't repeat.

What's with Ireland playing in purple?
No clue, looks nice though, probably trying to get people to buy them, I've looked a few times on the Canterbury site but it's the old school 90s one I like at the minute on there.

NZ are just evens -9 against Ireland. Seems funny to me as I’m expecting Ireland to get paggered in a similar manner to Wales. What says our learned Irish caftards? Are you expecting a close game?

This South Africa scrum is something else, destroyed Wales last week and doing the same so far to Scotland today.

All that territory but only 5 points to show for it. Great All Black defence though.

I’m at the game so not seeing replays properly. Didn’t Ireland have penalty advantage when Furlong scored disallowed try? Ref’s pissing me off.
Oh you lucky bastard.

Yeah there were a couple of decisions I wasn't happy with. I had thought that too initially but the penalty advantage for offside came after the double movement, though.

The pundits were all saying that double movement was so slight, it's rarely penalised.
