We’ve been like this defensively all season. Any time a team sustains pressure we look like were going to concede.
it's a gengen pressing side effect me thinks. If the pressure doesn't get there on time, players have time of pick you apart.

Any kick will have to be a red from now on. I don't want to see these given as yellows any longer.
Kyle Walker was sent off for the exact same thing last week in the champions league.

Gotta say I think that's a harsh red, it's not like it was studs up or anything.
Harsh?, since when did studs showing have a monopoly on red cards? It was a reckless tackle and he had no intention of winning the ball, clear red all day.

Not smiling now are you Robertson
3 match ban to think about things!!

How did the ref need VAR for that one? He;s just taken a running kick at someone!

He cannot say he went for the ball there? Get him a Golden Globe for that performance.

I genuinely don’t understand the VAR rules.

Why didn’t the Kane challenge that was arguably worse not get referred to the ‘screen’ but that Robertson one was??

Kane was 100% a red card. Robertson probably too but less so IMO

Red is ok there. But it is absurd, when you change that decision but Kane is still on the pitch.

That's inconsistent. Different measures applied by the officials.
Kane should have had a red card as well.

Does he seriously get three games for that, whilst Kane gets to play after going studs on Robertson?

Kane went for the ball and was late

Robertson just twatted someone without going for ball.

On the one hand, liverpool have every reason to be pissed at this ref(who is terrible btw, just terrible) and VAR

On the other hand, they've been quite clearly outplayed and are really lucky to have only conceded 2

Weird, dumb game this
