I have an abiding hatred for both of them but would definitely be more sickened by Liverpool winning the league than Arsenal winning the “top four trophy”.

Yes but as has been said, I still cannot see a way that we scrape fourth. If they win they’ll be 4 points ahead of us with 2 games in hand. Even if their run in is harder than us, I cannot see how we can overcome this. If they beat Liverpool tomorrow that’s fourth sewn up. So to answer OP, yes I do want Liverpool to win tomorrow.

If a team losing helps us make top 4, I'd always want them to drop points. Don't care who the two involved teams are.

Who would I rather win the league? Us.
If not us, then? Not City or Liverpool
If it's between Liverpool and City, who I want to win? City.

Why? because Liverpool are a proper club, their achievements will mean something, any success City tastes will always be hollow in my eyes.
