His tenure has undisputedly been absolutely garbage. Cannot even think of a single good game we had under him. The two managers that led us this season might be our worst two managers of all time.

Man it’s
Say what you will but we would have finished the season better had we kept Ole; history has proved that we could bounce back from bad spells and counter them with good ones. The few good elements we had under him are gone and there is nothing there to replace them.

I trust RR as a football man but as a manager and coach he is bad. We are at our lowest point since Mourinho's last season imo but with players that should do much better.
it is the players idiot, we were getting smashed 3 nil by Watford. It’s not got a lot better but it’s the players always have been

He interviewed well for the caretaker manager job.....whoever interviewed him hopefully ain't interviewing for the full time position. Ralf is a bluffer unfortunately. Caught us rotten, clever to get the extra 2yrs sorted before he took the job. Out of his depth

Awful appointment. I thought the whole point of hiring him as interim manager was so he'd stick around afterwards as a consultant. But it doesn't seem like we've even consulted him about the new manager. fecking pointless.

Ralf looks extremely fed up. Sack the whole lot including that John fellah and Fletcher too.

Agree.
The guy is a fraud. It's beyond comprehension how he appeared out of nowhere to get the job
And yet, Ole is still the one who is guilty

Rubbish in attack, rubbish at the back, very little change tactically and a bunch of unmotivated players. Yeah, Rangick hasn’t been a very good appointment.
The problem is you could have Klopp or Guardiola in charge but if the players aren’t willing to listen to instructions or put a shift in then the managers doomed to fail regardless.

Hes who I would want if the time was reversed. Because of what hes going to take upstairs after evaluating this shower of shite.

There was no one else as caretaker who was more of a sure thing. These players would have fecked over all the choices.
So out of top 4, out of the cups, pitiful performance one after another, and a team which looks practically identical to that under the previous regime. And nobody could have done better? Ok then.

It was the previous manager who was allowed to build this collection of players and allow this attitude to fester. If people are using this as some kind of excuse to defect the blame from Ole it's not going to stick.
Yes. I would cut Rangnick some slack since these are not even remotely his players, but Ole has to take the blame here. He weighted this club down with this absolute dross and now we're suffering for it. This will take some time to fix, regardless of who the manager is.

Where did all those people go who would never shut up about patterns and style of play? What do they think of the turd we have been served up in the last few months. Its getting to a point where i wonder if we kept Ole would he have stabilised it and done better than this? Shocking
We would have imo. Ole was not good enough but he should have been sacked for a better manager at the end of the season giving us a better chance to have a decent end to the season.

Yes, because this team is utter shite.

By the way if you recall the Middlesborough match and how that went, only an absolute dimwit would think that Ralf shoulders any blame whatsoever from that exit.

There was nothing good left under Ole at the end, amazing how short peoples memories are. We sure served the season by not sacking Ole earlier, Rangnick has been a poor appointment but Ole and everyone else involved in putting this mess together have set the club back years.

You could say the same to absolve every other failing manager of blame.

What do you expect? not backed to get anyone in January. Dallying with manager appointment and all the talk is about that in a vital run in.

Ralf was set up to failure not matter what. Just called out earlier since he isn’t a “club legend” here like the last manager - who’s experience in England was relegation with Cardiff

I don't understand why we needed to sack Ole and assign Ralf. Everything has gone from bad to worse
I rate Rakf 1 and Ole 5, hope we get a 8 or 9 next, this has been a Shakespeare parodi.
Because with Ole today would be a relegation derby.

We played only one game the way he wanted to play and that's against Palace.
Drop the whole lot and play the U23 with some academy players next game.

Needs to start playing youth. Pointless playing these players when it's clear they're not bothered. Season is a waste.

He’s useless, hasn’t changed anything at all about the structure of the team, how we play or the stupid decisions and mistakes we make every game.

Funny how we were just as shit after Ole was appointed but he was excused as needing a pre season and a transfer window.

His biggest mistake was trying to appease the dogshit players instead of trying to play his own way. Bottled the decision to drop Maguire as captain as well and passed it on to the next manager to make.

No he shouldn't. We did the right thing by doing a caretaker and having ETH. Conte would likely feck off after 2 years and leave a squad not suitable for the next manager.
Christ, we needed someone to coach the football team for the rest of the season - not a fecking dad.

If we really wanted ETH in the summer, we could've just sacked Conte and hired him anway.

Can't spell Mkhitaryan
We need to stop blaming our managers and focus on the players.

Different managers have failed to do something with these players, it's about time we ditched this bunch of losers.
