better first touch from Alonso he gets a better shotJust watching the highlights here at HT on BBC. Alonso has to score and lukuku has to hit the target there

Since Wembley is mostly used during this part of the year, should the position of the sun have been considered when designing the stadium?
Madness, isn't it? Not sure if it's improved, but remember watching games on a sunny day and the cameras really struggled with the contrast as they pan across the pitch. If you're sat at one end on a sunny day, you melt too, I know because I was sat their boiling while we didn't bother to even try in the final against Chelsea a few years back.
https://www.designbuild-network.com/projects/wembley/The 50,000m² roof is essential to the operation of the stadium as a sporting and concert venue. Weighing some 7,000t, the roof has a number of retractable edge sections that can be manoeuvred to allow direct sunlight to reach all parts of the grass pitch (to allow the pitch to achieve top quality). If necessary (e.g. during inclement weather), the roof can be retracted in around 15 minutes to cover every seat inside.

I just miss the team we used to be.Wrong thread, or maybe wrong decade?
Ah the system is king. They're a tight machine.Says a lot about Liverpool's strength in depth that I wasn't even slightly encouraged by Salah going off.
There’s something a bit sickly about Craig Pawson. Like he’s always carrying a cold, suffering from fatigue and only sleeping a few hours a night.
Yeah, it does hurt sometimes more than others alrightI just miss the team we used to be.
It has made a difference though and gave Chelsea more confidence.Says a lot about Liverpool's strength in depth that I wasn't even slightly encouraged by Salah going off.
I think after a bad start Chelsea shaded that half.Hard to call this from here. We’re less balanced without Salah but I think we’ve been the better team. Diaz should be scoring that 1v1.
Chelsea carry a threat on the counter.
I hope you're talking about early 2000's United and not our current crop of prats. The saddest part about all this is that United can put both these teams away when we're firing on all cylinders.
The thing is they (Chelsea) don't need to be fearful. I don't think Liverpool are playing that well. However, if Chelsea doesn't get it together you just know Pool will get a lucky goal and win the damn thing. It's the same every game. All teams just fluff their lines versus Liverpool. It's mental.
Our current crop of prats would be walking round the pitch aimlessly, massively embarrassing us. Urgh.I hope you're talking about early 2000's United and not our current crop of prats.
I still don't know how we managed that.We made our money back on Lukaku. One of only a handful of great things we've achieved in the last decade.
Inter was wondering the same thing as they laughed their way to the bankI still don't know how we managed that.
Shocking 2nd in the all time winners list behind ArsenalAll of that footage of those old FA Cup finals with voiceovers from former players, and not one of them is a Man Utd player telling the tale despite our 12 FA Cups.
Don't think we have received all our money on that deal yet.I still don't know how we managed that.
Definitely not referring to our current state. We're barely firing on one cylinder and that's putting it kindly.I hope you're talking about early 2000's United and not our current crop of prats.
