! It's DONE for Paul Pogba at Juventus! ✍

La Pioche will commit for 3 years and receive a salary of 10 M € / year + bonus.

Any salary decrease will be more than made up for by the signing on fee. Just PR nonsense.

Thought in Italy it’s always reported in net? Which would make it basically 400k a week?
Yes that's correct.
In Italy players don't have to pay tax. The club pays that for them.
Tax is at 50%, so if he receives 10 mil €/year..that's 20mil € to the club.

In Italy the taxes were not 30% for players who came new to the country?

He’s a top class player on his day and most players who don’t succeed at Real, go onto do well at other clubs? Sneijder, Robben say Hi? On a free he’s a great squad option.
Arsenal player written all over him
I think if woody was still here he’d probably pay 30m for him

Not that i am aware of, but don't hold me to it..
When ronaldo joined juve form real Madrid.
He earned a wage of €30mil net/year and the club payed €60 mil in gross salary, but that might have changed.

Sums up the footballers of today. It's all about the money at such a young age.

What a wasted talent, playing in such a poor league.
Regular in latter stages of champions league, star performer for his national team and nailed on to win a few trophies every season. He’s hardly wasting his career. See plenty in this thread salivating over far lesser players from the same league, He‘ll move to Spain or England when he’s ready.

Its not a poor league. Its full of talent everywhere and is very physical. They just don't have enough dirt money in the top clubs(appart from PSG) to concentrate the best players in three or four sides.

Definitely one for the money but who can blame him. He'll be stuck at PSG now as no-one will be able to pick up that tab unless he takes a massive pay cut. How are PSG getting around the FFP rules??

We'll disagree. It's a terrible league with bang avarage teams.

There is a serious lack of competition tha is hurting PSG and the league in general.

Anyone who thinks this is anything but for a large bag of of cash is delusional. Absolutely not for sporting reasons.
