Yes please, lad looks like he'll be a serious talent. Absolute no brainer.

18 year old, 16 appearance in the championship, 1 goal, 2 assist, left footed right winger......what's the point we already have Amad, we need a more mature right winger.
Amad failed to make an impact in the Scottish league, he might come good but the jury's out. This lad is free, too.

I'll rather we go for Anthony, someone who is an international and has UCL experience, we now can make an impact, this guy has less experience than Zaha when he arrived here

If I am not mistaken... this guy would be available on a free and he is a very good prospect. Would be silly not to take a punt for a position we are weak in.

It's a free, he can be Antony's understudy, we're hardly brimming with RW options

He’s worth the gamble on a free.
I’ve admittedly only watched clips of him & although he possess the skill to beat his man, his end product seems to be very poor IMHO.

Maybe, but is he better than Amad or Pellistri, Elanga. Derby County only gave him 16 appearance last season, with a return of a single goal and 2 assist, I don't see the point

You seem to be the only one who kind of got that it was a (admittedly dumb) joke

Surely theres only one woman in the World who'd call their baby boy Malcolm.
Remarkable how some people actually thought you were being serious.

Sorry. In my defence if we sign him before Antony or another striker people will genuinely be moaning saying we’re cheap skates. I can already see the “fan” video agenda.

He’s an 18 year old free transfer with 15 appearances to his name. I highly doubt he’ll be brought in straight for the first team, especially with Amad, and Pellestri back.

Most likely he’ll be in the U23s, Reserves for a good while (maybe the season) before we see him get a first team appearance.

I think we need to be a bit more like Chelsea, City etc, get the lad in on a free, get a proper look at him, if he isn't gonna make it might get 15-20 for him for someone else, we need options and we need to take some punts, everyone bemoans us missing out on certain players, this is how you mitigate that

I think people are forgetting we have 5 subs this season, so there is almost double the opportunities to rotate in young players. Seems a no brainer.

Since it became clear Liverpool were going to beat us to Nunez our interest in a right sided forward seem to have gone up, we've been links with multiple options, this one I think comes from McLaren since he was technical director at derby very recently, i don't see us buying multiple players in the same role and among the players we have been linked with including Asensio, Anthony, Trossard and Chamberlain, my pick will be Anthony as I don't particularly fancy the rest including this guy.

No need to apologise.

Urgh don't get me started on Antony. Having Martial is bad enough, we don't want his Brother too.

If we really rate this player then now is the best time to go for him. Any Premier League team who gets him and he lives up to the hype then the price will be ridiculous. This is the market we’re in now.

Gone are the days like 15 years ago where they could go to the equivalent of Palace and then we pay £25m if he turns out good. Now it’s pay £80m minimum or wait x amount of years to run down his contract.

Trossard doesn’t play on the right. He’s right footed and plays on the left. Chamberlain plays in CM. Has done for years. This kid isn’t an alternative to 50m Antony who plays for Brazil and has started knockout CL games. It isn’t an either/or situation.

I really do hope so, I just don't see the need for another boy wonder coming into our attack we have at least four of them Elanga, Amad, Pellistri and Garnacho.

Yeah exactly, sign them up, farm them out for training (if needs be) and either use them or sell them for a profit. Its time to be a bit more ruthless in our approach to gathering talents.

even if we sign Anthony I’d still go for this guy

he’s free and can be backup, I doubt he’ll be ready for a year or two anyway

Garnacho and Elanga’s best positions are on the left, Pellistri is a right footed right winger and I still feel Amad will end up central should he physically develop. I also don’t want to be harsh with youngsters but not all of them will make it. If we think this kid is a top talent we shouldn’t not sign them because we have others who we feel could make it - we only need to look at Greenwood and us not going for Alvarez to see how quickly things change. The big issue will be convincing him he’ll get game time here.

I think if we sign him he'll be straight out on loan, maybe back to Derby. He's certainly not ready for united first team level, and I don't see the benefit of putting him in the under 23's when he's getting games at championship level already.

Well I hope Erik can see enough in Amad to give him a crack as it looks like he has the pace and skillset to be a RW for us and there is no point buying a player based on potential if we are not prepared to take the chance to see if that can be realised.

Does he need UCL experience to make an instant impact if we aren’t in the UCL :wenger:

I suppose we are an international forum, some nations are more tuned in to satire and sarcasm than others

He's played championship football, there's no way he comes here to play for the 23s.

He's a real talent.

Exceptional strength and fantastic technical ability.

Would be good to get him in and loan him out for a season either in the championship or to a promoted premiership team.

Maybe more trick, but I see a player getting past the first man then run into traffic/ overhit pass/ get tackled. First impression based on highlight of course. I hope I am wrong.
He is a kid. 18? The more experienced he is, the more the game will slow down for him and hopefully then make better decisions.

Probably ends up at Palace. Looks decent in the YouTube comp though.
