How much have we spent this window so far?
Martinez -48.3 mil+ add ons
Malacia -12.87mil+ add ons
Casemiro 70 mil

Sure some money has been paid out for Eriksen but 131mil. So adding Antony and DeJong….

Antony 70+ mil
DeJong 70+ mil

So we’d be looking at something over 270 million pounds. As much as I’d like to believe DeJong is still a possibility it really doesn’t look likely. Especially if we get Antony.

A ton of our wages have been freed and we've also have sold some of our players.

We definitely could do if we wanted to(look at how much Chelsea have spent) but yeah as of now I think we'll get neighbors, it seems the management became complacent again after 2 wins.

I've been happy for us to chase de Jong all summer, I don't think that's a slight on those running the club, because he's a unique player under unique contractual circumstances. And I still don't believe it's over.

But to loan out a second choice goalkeeper capable of challenging de Gea, and to still not have an adequate replacement, is completely absurd. These idiots really don't know what they're doing.

Feck buying Antony, the Ajax signing we need to be prioritising if we have any long term ambitions to get back to where we once were, is Edwin Van Der Sar.

He's currently busy making an absolute tonne of money. They're making so much that Chelsea are taking the piss with asking for 40m for their ex-player who has failed there. But yes, VDS should be installed once we have new ownership.

Apologies, got done by an aggregator. Can't see it officially by Romano. Back to bed for me.

The weird thing is that United have never really come out and ended the pursuit not like we did with Timber. Like the door has always been open. One thing is for sure I cant wait til the end of Thursday when we can just put the whole sorry window to bed.

Romano saying we're preparing a fresh bid. We're in the end game now.
Last bid was accepted why do we need to prepare fresh bid?
It always comes down to FDJ. He clearly doesn't want to come here

Didnt they say the last bid "expired"? So I guess we would need to renegotiate a bit since its so fecking late on. But you're right, they accepted before so it shouldnt be a problem they might just want a bit more.

As it goes though, after spunking €99m on Antony I just cant see the funds being available for Frenkie now.

Signing Antony now tells me that we will probably revisit this next summer. Hope we can somehow get this done, but who knows.

FDJ or Osmihen who is more important?
What if next years was £150M We could get both!

FDJ deal was agreed at £55M back in June so doubt they’d ask for much more for a new agreement

It’s silly season and I’m here for it

In fairness they said they said the Jan (this year) budget was being set aside for this summer. I just cant believe they could potentially spend 300m this summer its an absolute madness.

Need levels of absolute madness in next 4 days if we are to actually compete for those top 4 spots
