Some real talent in this Brighton side, Trossard and McAllister certainly good enough to be squad players at a top club.

Rodgers must lose his job now, that's a shocking defeat.

Excellent from Brighton. Completely dominant.
They were pegged back to 2-2 to be fair, but yes it was more of a blip than anything. They're playing far better football than we've been playing so far this season, that said I'm hopeful that we'll improve the longer Erik has to integrate his new players and get his ideas across.

That trossard piece of skill to get past ndidi.
Anyone remember giggs doing the same trick to get past Nigel winterburn. Early 90s.

Somehow everyone is still in the race if Arsenal slow down so a draw or a united win would be fine.

I kinda want Arsenal to lose badly here to bring them back down to earth but United are low-key on a roll too so I don’t them get into the habit of winning every week.

They scored against the run of play. My observation that Brighton were playing well (after 18 minutes) was never wrong. A point that a certain poster couldn't comprehend.

Shocking. Manchester VAR recommends Manchester ref to look at that, which was feck all. So, so soft. :wenger:

We have no chance of winning this game.

Should have been a goal that. Very, very soft call.

There is no chance that gets disallowed the other way. Absolutely zero percent.

You think the Premier League want their big earner back challenging?

I can only assume the ones crying 'stonewall' foul are young 'uns who don't know that football used to be a contact sport that required a modicum of strength. Very, very soft is right.

Was thinking the same thing. The luck factor is definitely back.
As long as they never try to dominate they will never get back to where they want to be. I guess after the catastrophic start it was clever to go back to a style that they knew could work though.
